SYSTEM FOR APPLYING A WEB AROUND A CYLINDRICAL OBJECT WITH EVEN TENSION
A system for applying a web around a cylindrical object with even tension containing a core having a generally cylindrical shape and a pair of handles. The wall of the cylindrical object contains a plurality of ribs spaced around the circumference, where each rib connects the inner diameter and the outer diameter and extends from the first end to the second end defining honeycomb areas within the wall. Each handle has a insertion area, a collar area, a gripping area, and at least 2 locating pins. The collar area is sandwiched between the insertion area and the gripping area and the insertion diameter is less than the inner diameter of the core at the first end and second end. The location pins extend from the collar area and are located such that the pins fit into the honeycomb areas within the wall of the core.
Conveying system and battery production system
A conveying system and a battery production system are provided. The conveying system is used for sheet conveying, and includes: a driving roller making contact with a sheet; and a press roller arranged correspondingly to the driving roller, the press roller abutting against at least part of the surface of the sheet facing away from the driving roller and pressing the sheet against the driving roller. The press roller includes: a main shaft with a central axis; at least one hollow rubber roller detachably sleeving the main shaft; and at least one pair of fixing clamp rings arranged on two sides of the hollow rubber roller along the central axis so as to fix the position of the hollow rubber roller on the main shaft along the central axis, where an outer diameter of the fixing clamp ring is less than that of the hollow rubber roller.

The invention relates to a guide wheel arrangement for guiding two-dimensional material webs, in particular for guiding material webs or material sheets. The guide wheel arrangement comprises a guide wheel comprising an inner central hub section and an outer guide ring, which is connected to the inner hub section in a rotationally fixed manner for guiding the two-dimensional material elements, as well as an insert bushing which is to be arranged on a shaft and is concentrically inserted into the inner hub section, wherein the insert bushing is connected to the guide wheel in a rotationally fixed manner.
Roller, image forming apparatus and manufacturing method of cylindrical shaft
A roller is provided includes a cylindrical shaft supported by a main assembly of an image forming apparatus or a detachable cartridge. The cylindrical shaft includes a separation region on a circumference of the cylindrical shaft, where a pair of end portions of the cylindrical shaft oppose each other or are in contact with each other with respect to a circumferential direction relative to the circumference of the cylindrical shaft, and wherein the separation region extends in an axial direction of the cylindrical shaft. In many continuously webbed machines, media is fed through the machine with rollers mounted to one or more rotating shafts. These shafts may be supported on each end with a cylindrical journal bearing. The rollers move at the same rate as the media to maintain traction with the media to control media position as it moves the media from one process to another through the sequence of processes in the webbed machine.
Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus includes a sheet container accommodating a recording medium therein, a sheet separating feeder including a sheet feeding body and a sheet separating body, an image forming part, and a bend applier. The sheet feeding body feeds the recording medium along with a surface movement thereof while the recording medium contacting the surface thereof. The sheet separating body forms a sheet separation nip region with the sheet feeding body and sandwiches the recording medium in the sheet separation nip region. The sheet separating feeder separates and feeds the recording medium contacting the sheet feeding body. The image forming part forms an image on the recording medium. The bend applier having a leading end of an elastic material contacts and bends the recording medium before the sheet separation nip region and generates a wrinkle extending on the recording medium in a sheet conveying direction.
