Light guide film production device
The present invention relates to the technical field of optical film production, and provides a light guide film production device, including a feeding unit, a fusion stirring unit, an extrusion molding unit, a cooling shaping unit, a guide leveling unit, a flattening unit, and a finished product winding unit. The cooling shaping unit is provided with a first water tank to perform heat exchange on an extruded light guide film for heat recovery, so that edge film pressing mechanisms press pressure blocks at the edge film positions using the memory effect of a memory alloy. Circulating water of the first water tank subjected to heat exchange is delivered to a second water tank disposed in the flattening unit, so that a first conveyor belt made of the memory alloy in a third drive device drives a second rolling roller set to rotate to realize secondary utilization of recovered heat. In the present invention, an air delivery mechanism with one airflow pipe to the cooling shaping unit, and the other airflow pipe to the flattening unit is further provided. According to the present invention, the heat of the light guide film production process is used to improve the quality of the light guide film and reduce the energy consumption of the light guide film production process.
Sheet body cutting method and sheet body cutting device
A sheet body is gripped (bound) by grip conveyance units, and conveyed as the grip conveyance units are displaced in this state. At the same time as this conveyance, the sheet body is held by delivering units, and delivered by a predetermined amount by the delivering units. After that, the sheet body is cut in predetermined size and shape by cutting molds.
MEDIA CONDITIONING
In some examples, a conditioner system for a media printed by a printing system includes a media conditioning assembly comprising a heater, the media conditioning assembly to receive the media printed by the printing system after the media has been heated by a dryer in the printing system after printing has occurred on the media. Responsive to a determined moisture content of the media, the heater of the media conditioning assembly controls a temperature of the media, and the media conditioning assembly controls a speed of the media through the media conditioning assembly.
SHEET TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A sheet transport system for moving a sheet in a transport direction while adjusting a position of the sheet in a lateral direction normal to the transport direction to a target position, includes first and second pinch roller sets spaced apart from one another in the transport direction, each pinch roller set including two pairs of pinch rollers spaced apart from one another in the lateral direction, each pair forming a nip for pinching and driving the sheet with an individually controllable speed; a detection system for detecting a position of the sheet in the lateral direction while the sheet is pinched by the first pinch roller set; and a control system configured for carrying out the following actions: by controlling the speeds of the pinch rollers of the first pinch roller set before the sheet has reached the second pinch roller set, rotating the sheet by a first rotation angle for adjusting a given reference point on a leading part of the sheet to its target position; and when the sheet has left the first pinch roller set and while the reference point travels along a path segment that is symmetric with respect to the second pinch roller set, rotating, by controlling the speeds of the pinch rollers of the second pinch roller set, the sheet by a second rotation angle for aligning a leading edge of the sheet in the lateral direction.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THE MAKING OF PRESSURE-SENSITIVE LABELS
Apparatus and method for the making of a pressure-sensitive adhesive stock for labels using a label production line, are disclosed. The stock comprises a first layer of facestock material configured to be die-cut to form the stock of labels surrounded by a matrix, the first layer being backed by a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive, which in turn is covered by a release liner. 5 The apparatus and method allow the matrix of the facestock to be peeled-off from the release liner on the label production line without stopping the label production line by merely slowing down the label production line. A pressure-sensitive adhesive stock free of the matrix of the facestock is therefore produced without lowering production yields.
LIGHT GUIDE FILM PRODUCTION DEVICE
The present invention relates to the technical field of optical film production, and provides a light guide film production device, including a feeding unit, a fusion stirring unit, an extrusion molding unit, a cooling shaping unit, a guide leveling unit, a flattening unit, and a finished product winding unit. CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A conveyance device includes a sheet stacker, a pickup roller, a feed roller, a first drive source, a first encoder, a first drive controller, a separation roller, a second drive source, a second encoder, a second drive controller, a separation pressure provider, and a torque estimation device. The torque estimation device estimates a torque of the second drive source with an applied voltage to the second drive source from the second drive controller after calculating a turning angle speed from a rotation amount of the second drive source detected by the second encoder based on a relational expression between a motor rotation speed and an applied voltage that are measured beforehand for the second drive source and a torque of the second drive source.
SELECTIVELY LIFTING SUBSTRATES
