Lottery ticket dispensing unit with a shuttle separator device
A lottery ticket dispensing unit includes at least one ticket compartment and a separation module that has a drive roller and an opposed idler roller, with a motor geared to the drive roller. An automatic separator device is provided, wherein the drive roller conveys a leading lottery ticket to a separation position such that a line between the leading ticket and an adjacent ticket is presented to the separator device. The separator device includes a shuttle that travels in a linear path along the line, the shuttle having a head that engages and separates the leading ticket from the adjacent ticket along the line. A bi-directional drive mechanism moves the shuttle back and forth along the linear path.
Sheet feeder and image forming apparatus
A sheet feeder includes a separator to separate an uppermost layer from a bundle of sheets stacked on a sheet stacker, a conveyor to convey a sheet of the uppermost layer one by one along a sheet conveyance path, and a first air blowing port and a second air blowing port disposed along the sheet conveyance path, to blow air upstream in a sheet conveyance direction. The second air blowing port is disposed downstream from the first air blowing port.
Feeding device and recording device
A feeding unit includes a retard roller, a first holder, a second holder, an accommodating portion, a pressing portion, a second pressing portion, a release lever, and a second restricting portion. The accommodating portion accommodates the second holder. The second pressing portion presses the second holder in a +Z direction. The release lever restricts the movement of the second holder in the +Z direction. The second holder is provided with a plurality of restricted portions in a Y direction and a +A direction, respectively. The second restricting portion restricts the movement of the second holder in a Z direction. The second restricting portion has a restricting surface. The restricting surface is provided in the accommodating portion and is configured to come into contact with the plurality of restricted portions.
Feeding device and recording device
A feeding unit includes a paper feeding tray, a lifter, a feeding roller, a guide plate, and a handling portion. The lifter can displace paper in the paper feeding tray in a +B direction. The guide plate guides a downstream end of the paper lifted by the lifter in a +A direction toward the feeding roller. The handling portion handles the paper toward the feeding roller. The guide plate forms a frontage through which the paper can pass between the guide plate and an outer peripheral surface of the feeding roller, and is provided so that a size of the frontage can be adjusted. The handling portion is provided integrally with the guide plate.
APPARATUS, METHOD, AND SYSTEM FOR WRAPPING A WRAPPING MATERIAL, A WRAPPING DEVICE, AND A CONTROL UNIT
An apparatus for wrapping a wrapping material, which is arranged to run around a wrapping track, includes an assembly and a discharge arrangement at least partly fitted to the assembly for a wrapping-material source. The discharge arrangement includes a support-element arrangement for the wrapping-material source, from which the wrapping material is arranged to be discharged, and drive means arranged to act on the wrapping-material source, in order to maintain the tension in the wrapping material that is discharged from the wrapping-material source. The tension of the wrapping material, from which a tension value as a source of feedback is provided to the drive means, is detected from the discharge arrangement. In addition, a method and system for wrapping a wrapping material, a wrapping device and a control unit are disclosed.
PRINTER
A printer includes a conveyance unit, a print head, and a braking member. The conveyance unit includes first and second rollers arranged in a state of being in pressure contact with each other with a conveyance path for conveying a long printing medium interposed therebetween, and applies a conveyance force to the printing medium by rotating the first and second rollers. The print head is disposed upstream of a position where the conveyance unit applies the conveyance force in a forward direction along the conveyance path, and performs printing on the printing medium conveyed in the forward direction through the conveyance path. The braking member is disposed in contact with the second roller, is moved, by a frictional force generated by rotation of the second roller in the forward direction, to a first position where a first braking force is applied to the printing medium, and is moved, by a frictional force generated by reverse rotation of the second roller, to a second position where a second braking force larger than the first braking force is applied to the printing medium.
