Included are a feeding shaft configured to hold a printing medium, a first transporting belt, a second transporting belt, a first driving roller on which the first transporting belt is wound, a second driving roller on which the second transporting belt is wound, a first driving unit configured to drive the first driving roller, a second driving unit configured to drive the second driving roller, a winding roller on which the printing medium is wound, a first winding roller bearing, a second winding roller bearing, a first load cell configured to detect a load exerted by the printing medium on the first winding roller bearing, a second load cell configured to detect a load exerted by the printing medium on the second winding roller bearing, and a control unit configured to control the first driving unit and the second driving unit based on detection results of the load cells.
PAPER SHEET STORAGE DEVICE AND PAPER SHEET PROCESSING DEVICE
A sheet storage device includes a first reel that is disposed along a first axis and around which a first tape is wound; a second reel that is disposed along a second axis and around which a second tape is wound; a drum that is disposed along a third axis so as to wound a sheet, that is sandwiched between the first tape and the second tape at least partially overlapping each other, on an outer peripheral surface of the drum together with the first tape and the second tape; a first tape path between the first reel and the drum; a second tape path between the second reel and the drum; and a changing mechanism disposed in at least one of the first tape path or the second path, the changing mechanism changing a position of a corresponding tape to a direction parallel to the third axis.
UPPER CONVEYOR DECK HAVING AT LEAST ONE DIVERTED BELT SECTION AND A SCRAP DEFLECTOR AT THE DIVERTED BELT SECTION AND CONVEYOR INCLUDING THE UPPER CONVEYOR DECK
An upper conveyor deck includes a plurality of belts each supported by an upstream end pulley and a downstream end pulley which belts are configured to be driven along a closed path having an interior such that a lower run of each of the belts travels in a downstream direction and an upper run of the each of the belt travels in an upstream direction. A first diversion pulley in the interior of at least one of the belts contacts the lower run of that belt, and a diversion guide outside the interior of the belt contacts the belt downstream from the first diversion pulley. A deflecting device at the first diversion pulley is configured to prevent scrap material from becoming pinched between the belt and the first diversion pulley.
Post-processing device
A post-processing device includes a discharge port through which a sheet is discharged, an intermediate tray, a discharge tray and an air sending part. The air sending part includes an upper air sending member, an upper switching member, a lower air sending member, a lower switching member and a controller. The upper air sending member generates a downward air flow from above the discharge port. The upper switching member is distributable the air flow generated by the upper air sending member to above the intermediate tray and to above the discharge tray. The lower air sending member generates an upward air flow from below the discharge port. The lower switching member is distributable the air flow generated by the lower air sending member to below the intermediate tray and to above the discharge tray. The controller controls the upper switching member and the lower switching member.
Tape-laying device and tape-laying method for flexibly and quickly laying tapes with different widths
A tape-laying apparatus includes a material feeder configured to feed tapes, and a laying device configured for picking up and placing tapes onto a laying table. The laying device includes a transporter and a vacuum. The vacuum is connected to the transporter such that at least one tape is configured to be held on the transporter by a negative pressure generated by the vacuum. The transporter includes at least two endless transport belts, which circulate around deflection rollers. The transport belts run parallel to one another in a same transport plane.
CONVEYOR BELT ASSEMBLY
A conveyor belt assembly (10) for transporting single sheets or stacks of a packaging material is described. It comprises at least one conveyor belt (12a) being arranged over at least two pulleys (20a-20d), wherein at least one of the pulleys (20a-20d) is adapted to drive the conveyor belt (12a) in a conveying direction (15).
