TRACTION TENSIONING MACHINE
A traction tensioning device which has one or more upper chain assemblies driven by an upper sprocket pulley and one or more lower chain assemblies driven by a lower sprocket pulley. Each of the upper and lower chain assemblies has a plurality of pads mounted to the chain assemblies. The upper chain assembly is mounted to a movable platen. The lower chain assembly is mounted to a fixed platen. The upper chain assembly and the movable platen are raised and lowered with respect to the lower chain assembly thereby creating a tension on a strip of material passing between the upper and lower chain assemblies.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveying portion, a stack portion which stacks sheets, a first regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle in a crossing direction crossing to a conveying direction, a second regulating portion which regulates a position of a sheet bundle in the conveying direction, a first binding portion which moves from a first side to a second side and binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle by a staple, a second binding portion which binds a corner portion of a sheet bundle without a staple. The second binding portion includes a first face having a plurality of projections and a second face having a plurality of concave grooves matching the plurality of projections. A sheet bundle is bound by pressing the first face and the second face.
Paper sheet handling apparatus
A paper sheet stacking mechanism 50 includes a stacking wheel 52, a roller 54 that is disposed outward from the stacking wheel 52 so as to be coaxially aligned with the stacking wheel 52 and that is rotatable about a shaft 53 at a greater angular velocity than that of the stacking wheel 52, and a transport unit that is configured to transport a paper sheet to the gap between two adjacent vanes 52b of the stacking wheel 52. The transport unit is located such that a discharge position is disposed outward from the outer periphery of the base 52a of the stacking wheel 52 and inward of the circular region defined by the tips of the vanes 52b of the stacking wheel 52 during the rotation of the stacking wheel 52, when viewed in the axial direction of the shaft 53 of the stacking wheel 52.
Sheet binding apparatus and image forming apparatus having the same
A sheet binding apparatus includes a stack portion on which sheets are stacked; a manual setting portion, different from the stack portion, to which sheets are manually set from an outside of the apparatus; a first binding portion binding sheets stacked on the stack portion and set on the manual setting portion, the first binding portion being movable to a first position where sheets on the stack portion are bound and to a second position, different from the first position where sheets set on the manual setting portion are bound; and a second binding portion binding sheets stacked on the stack portion, the second binding portion being different from the first binding portion. The first position is set, with respect to a moving direction of the first binding portion, between the second position and a third position where the second binding portion binds sheets stacked on the stack portion.
Rewinding machine
Provided is a rewinding machine including a winding zone wherein a continuous strip is wound around a core; a movement unit of the continuous strip defining a sliding surface for the continuous strip; a support unit defining a support surface for the core; the support surface is opposite and spaced from the sliding surface so as to define a sliding channel, configured to guide the core in the winding zone; a contrast unit defining a contrast surface; and a tearing tooth configured to press the continuous strip against the contrast surface causing the tearing of the continuous strip; said sliding surface being interposed between the support surface and the contrast surface.
Sheet conveying device and sheet accumulating device provided with the same
The present invention is to provide a sheet conveying device capable of reducing noise. The sheet conveying device includes an endless belt that gives a conveying force to a sheet and a rotating member engaged with an outer peripheral portion of the endless belt. The endless belt has, on its outer peripheral portion, a plurality of convex portions arranged in a peripheral direction thereof, the convex portions each extending in a width direction thereof. The rotating member has a contact portion that contacts the outer peripheral portion of the endless belt and deforms a plurality of points of each of the convex portions in the width direction.
