SHEET TRANSPORT APPARATUS, AUTOMATIC DOCUMENT FEEDER, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet transport apparatus is equipped with a sheet transport guide section for guiding a sheet to be transported. The sheet transport guide section includes a first transport guide member swingable about a first axis, and a second transport guide member swingable about a second axis, the second transport guide member forming a sheet transport path between the second transport guide member and the first transport guide member. The second transport guide member is arranged at a first position when the first transport guide member is closed, at a second position where the second transport guide member is opened from the first position when the first transport guide member is opened, or at a third position where the second transport guide member is opened from the second position.
Transport device and image forming apparatus
A transport device includes a transport member that transports a recording medium while adjusting a leading end of the recording medium, and a guide member that is disposed upstream from the transport member in a transport direction of the transport member to guide the recording medium to the transport member along a transport path, the guide member being rotatable in a direction to open the transport path while having a downstream portion in the transport direction of the transport member serving as an axis.
SCANNER APPARATUS
A scanner apparatus includes a housing including an insertion port into which a medium is inserted, a discharge port from which the medium is discharged, a conveying roller configured to convey the medium inserted from the scanning insertion port, and a scanning unit configured to scan the medium conveyed by the conveying roller. The scanning insertion port and the discharge port are provided on a +Y direction side of the housing. The housing includes a placement face extending in a Y direction from the scanning insertion port. The placement face, when a first end of the medium is inserted into the scanning insertion port, is able to support a portion of the medium on a second end side opposite to the first end. The first end of the medium is discharged from the discharge port in a direction on the +Y direction side or in a Z direction.
SHEET TRANSPORT DEVICE, IMAGE READING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet transport device includes a sheet transport path along which at least one sheet is transported to a nip defined by a fixing roller and a displacement roller, a sensing unit disposed on the sheet transport path, an opening and closing member that is movable between a closed position at which the sheet transport path is formed and an open position at which the sheet transport path is exposed, and a guide member that is attached to the opening and closing member and that moves by following displacement of the displacement roller in such a manner as to maintain a certain distance from the sensing unit.
MEDIUM CONVEYING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS INCORPORATING THE MEDIUM CONVEYING DEVICE
A medium conveying device includes a conveying lower face and a placing table. The conveying lower face has an introduction end and an ejection end. The conveying lower face inclines upward and extends linearly from the introduction end to the ejection end. The placing table is provided pivotally on an introduction end side and displaced between a first position and a second position to place a sheet-like conveyance target medium to be introduced from the introduction end. The placing table forms a linear conveying route when occupying the first position and forms a bent conveying route when occupying the second position.
SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A sheet conveying device includes a sheet feed tray. The sheet feed tray includes a first guide and a second guide. The first guide has a first end portion. The first end portion has a first area located in a central portion in a width direction, and a second area located closer to one end in the width direction than the first area. The first end portion is inclined such that the first area is downstream of the second area in the sheet conveying direction. The second guide has an upper end portion located downstream of the first end portion of the first guide in the sheet conveying direction and above the first end portion. The upper end portion has a third area located in a central portion in the width direction and a fourth area located closer to an end in the width direction than the third area.
Paper sheet conveyance device and separation/collection device
A paper sheet conveyance device for conveying a paper sheet by an airstream generated in a tubular conveyance path. The paper sheet conveyance device includes a frame member that supports the conveyance path and are provided along an installation route of the conveyance path, pedestal units attached to the frame member and that slide along a longitudinal direction of the frame member, and a plurality of paper sheet capturing devices that send out the paper sheet to be conveyed into the conveyance path and are provided in the conveyance path. Each of the paper sheet capturing devices includes a path part that forms a part of the conveyance path, which is formed by joining a plurality of conveyance ducts and the path parts of the paper sheet capturing devices. The pedestal unit is provided for and holds each of the paper sheet capturing devices.
Intermediate unit, post processing device, and printing apparatus
There is provided an intermediate unit including a transportation path along which a paper sheet, on which printing has been performed by a printing unit that performs printing on the paper sheet as a medium by using liquid, can be transported to a post processing unit that performs post processing on the paper sheet, in which the transportation path is provided with a drying unit that accelerates the drying of the paper sheet.
Sheet guiding device and image forming apparatus
A sheet guiding device includes: a first guiding unit that is grounded and guides a sheet transported; and a second guiding unit that is disposed on a downstream side of the first guiding unit and grounded with a resistance higher than a resistance with which the first guiding unit is grounded, and that guides the sheet transported to the first guiding unit to a transfer position interposed between an image carrier that carries a toner image and a transfer unit that transfers the toner image on the image carrier onto the transported sheet by pinching the sheet between the image carrier and the transfer unit and applying an electric field across the image carrier and the transfer unit. The first guiding unit has a dimension decrease area in which on a surface, in contact with the sheet, of the first guiding plate on the downstream side in the sheet transport direction, a dimensional value of a portion including a first material that is a same as the first material used as a material of another surface, in contact with the sheet, of the first guiding plate on an upstream side of the downstream side in a sheet width direction crossing the sheet transport direction is decreased at a more downstream position in the sheet transport direction.
