System and method for dispensing agricultural products
A system for dispensing low rate agricultural products, includes a syringe-based agricultural product metering system, at least one agricultural product tube, and an agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is operably connected to a source of low rate agricultural products. The agricultural product tube is operatively connected to the agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is configured to dispense liquid low rate agricultural products at a low rate defined as below 3.7 fluid ounces per 1000 row feet.
INSECT DETACHMENT SYSTEM FOR UPSTANDING VEGETATION
A fluid dispenser that is arranged with rotating gimbals supporting nozzles at multiple altitudes that can rinse and remove insects from the trees without harming the fruit or the trees. A vertical standpipe connected to a water supply leads to a flexible tubing over the top of the tree, with an umbrella or parabolic frame supporting multiple conduits terminating in gimballed nozzles about the tree that can be adjusted and aimed to stream water from the water source directly onto the tree via the vertical standpipe. Each conduit supports a gimballed nozzle that can be adjusted so that the stream can be focused at the areas where insects collect.
Variable Volume Flow Injection Nozzle
The present invention provides a molluscicide application apparatus and process that disperses the molluscicide below the water's surface in a manner that minimizes air entrainment and ensures that the molluscicide solution settles at the targeted floor of the body of water, such as a river or lake bed where driessenid mussels are concentrated, and do not rise to the water's surface or disperse. The present invention also maintains a desired viscosity level, for example, 180 centistokes, at typical freshwater temperatures varying from 15 C. to 25 C. by adjusting the flow rate and/or nozzle orifice area of the molluscicide application.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND METHOD HAVING CONTROL HEADS OUTSIDE OF A MATRIX OF IRRIGATION ZONES
An irrigation system is provided for irrigating a field divided into irrigation zones. The irrigation zones are arranged in columns extending alongside each other. The system has irrigation strips and a control head at an upstream end of each irrigation strip. Each irrigation strip provides irrigation substances to a column of zones. All control heads are located alongside a boundary of the field outside of the irrigation zones. This permits maintenance of the control heads without the need to enter the irrigation zones.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING MULTIPLE LOW RATE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
A system for dispensing multiple low rate agricultural products, includes an agricultural product metering system, a number of agricultural product tubes, and an agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is operably connected to sources of low rate agricultural products. The agricultural product tubes are operatively connected to the agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is configured to dispense liquid low rate agricultural products at a low rate defined as below 3.7 fluid ounces per 1000 row feet.
Repelling pests, animate or inanimate, with projectiles
A device for repelling pests includes a housing, a positioning mechanism to move the housing, at least three range-finding elements affixed to the housing along a common plane to detect a presence of a pest (e.g., an animate pest such as an animal, or an inanimate pest such as a drone) by obtaining a signal indicative of a location of the pest relative to the device, a projectile launcher affixed to the housing to fire one or more projectiles therefrom, and a controller electronically coupled to the range-finding elements, the positioning mechanism, and the projectile launcher. The controller may be configured to move the housing using the positioning mechanism until a strength of the signal obtained from each of the range-finding elements is substantially equal thereby indicating that the projectile launcher is directed toward the location of the pest, and to fire projectiles from the projectile launcher toward the pest.
SPRAY NOZZLE SYSTEM
A spray nozzle system includes a nozzle body and an adaptor coupled to the nozzle body. The adaptor has a first region and a second region angled at a non-zero angle relative to the first region. The spray nozzle system also includes a nozzle cap coupled to the second region of the adaptor. The nozzle cap includes a nozzle outlet to spray a liquid.
Unmanned aerial vehicle aerial spraying control
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for controlling spraying of chemicals by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). An unmanned aerial vehicle system includes one or more processors configured to perform operations of autonomously performing a flight path by the UAV and dispersing a chemical by the UAV along portions of the flight path. The UAV may include a chemical spray system having one or more spray booms with multiple nozzles for dispersing a chemical. The chemical spray system may include one or more tanks attached to the body of the UAV and a pump fluidly connected to the tanks to disperse chemical via the spray booms.
Irrigation System
The present invention provides an irrigation system. The irrigation system includes a supply module, a transport pipeline, a spraying module, and a control module. The supply module includes a plurality of supply apparatuses for storing a plurality of feeding liquids. The control module controls the supply module to provide different feeding liquids at different time, and the different feeding liquids pass through a same segment of the transport pipeline at different time and flow to an irrigation area. The present invention further provides a method for controlling an irrigation system, and a control module controls different feeding liquids to pass through a same segment of a transport pipeline at different time and flow to an irrigation area. In the irrigation system, by using a same segment of the transport pipeline at different time, a quantity of pipelines of the irrigation system is reduced, so as to lower difficulty of arrangement of pipelines by a user, avoid affecting appearance, and reduce costs of the user.
CHEMICAL DELIVERY SYSTEM WITH DILUTION CONTROL
A chemical delivery system with dilution control includes a chemical delivery manifold with eductors each fluidly coupled to a valve configured to operate independently to selectively control flow of a motive fluid through a respective eductor. Metering devices are coupled to concentrated chemical lines and configured to control a rate of dispensing of the concentrated chemical passing therethrough to each of the eductors. Concentrated chemical flow rate sensors are coupled to each of these individual concentrated chemical lines and configured to measure a flow rate of the concentrated chemicals therethrough. A control unit receives a measured flow rate from each flow rate sensor and causes a respective metering device to adjust the rate of dispensing for one or more concentrated chemicals to control the flow rates of the concentrated chemicals and thereby individually control a dilution of each concentrated chemical in the motive fluid.
