Spray nozzle system
A spray nozzle system includes a nozzle body and an adaptor coupled to the nozzle body. The adaptor has a first region and a second region angled at a non-zero angle relative to the first region. The spray nozzle system also includes a nozzle cap coupled to the second region of the adaptor. The nozzle cap includes a nozzle outlet to spray a liquid.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACTUATING A BOOM ASSEMBLY OF AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER
A system for actuating a boom assembly of an agricultural sprayer, the system having a frame, a boom assembly supported relative to the frame, and a linkage assembly configured to couple the boom assembly to the frame. The linkage assembly includes a support arm pivotably coupled between the frame and the boom assembly, a lift actuator pivotably coupled between the frame and the support arm and configured to raise and lower the boom assembly in a vertical direction, and a tilt actuator pivotably coupled between the frame and the boom assembly and configured to adjust a tilt angle of the boom assembly relative to the vertical direction. The system further includes a controller configured to selectively actuate the tilt actuator to adjust the tilt angle of the boom assembly to an operational tilt angle.
Angle-Adjusting Sub-Assembly and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and Apparatus Comprising Same
An angle-adjusting sub-assembly (6) that is part of or attached to an unmanned aerial vehicle and apparatus (1), for the targeted distribution of hazardous chemicals onto vegetation, and is comprised of: adjustable arms (7), rotary system, which adjusts the length and angle of the adjustable arms while the aerial vehicle and apparatus are airborne. An unmanned aerial vehicle and apparatus, for the targeted distribution of hazardous chemicals onto vegetation, is comprised of: the angle-adjusting sub-assembly (6), a spray assembly, a flying platform, a storage tank (2) containing pesticide, bactericide, herbicide, fungicide, or any hazardous chemical that can be sprayed on vegetation, a supporting structure (4), and a landing sub-assembly. Using of the above device decreases the runoff of toxic chemical waste to the environment, increases chemical application efficiency, and allows for the precise targeting of pests on crops.
Spray Head For An Agricultural Sprayer
A spray head for an agricultural sprayer, the spray head including a fan with a central axis, the spray head also including dual liquid manifolds coaxial about the fan's central axis, each manifold having a plurality of spray nozzles positioned to be capable of spraying liquid into air exiting the fan, and each manifold having a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet so as to permit individual control of liquid through each manifold.
Operator seat system with an armrest control center for integrated control of agricultural machine functions
An operator seat system is provided that includes an operator seat and an armrest control center with an I/O (input/output) system that is connected to and moves with the operator seat. An armrest control center mount system may include a seat mount and an armrest control center mount that are attached to each other with an adjustment system that allows adjustment of the armrest control center with respect to the operator seat.
SYSTEM FOR GROWING PLANTS AND METHOD OF OPERATION THEREOF
A system for growing plants, the system may include a substrate having one or more weakened areas or openings: one or more grow portions coupled to the substrate and situated at the one or more weakened areas or openings and having at least one seed or plant; and/or a fluid distribution portion coupled to the substrate and configured to provide fluid to the one or more grow portions. The system may further include a method of operation including one or more acts of: obtaining a weather forecast for a future time period; determining whether rain is expected during the future time period; and preventing, terminating, or restricting an irrigation cycle when it is determined that rain is expected during the fare time period. The restricting may restrict a flow of liquid during the irrigation cycle or shorten the irrigation interval.
Hybrid flow nozzle system
Embodiments include individual physical spray nozzles that have passageways inside to combine fluids that flow out of the spray nozzles. The nozzles have at least two valves that are opened and closed in an interleaved manner. The nozzles have multiple outlets. Such nozzles are mounted on a variety of implements including agricultural or industrial spray booms.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FLUID APPLICATION INCLUDING SECTIONED SPRAY BOOM AND SECTION CONTROL VALVES FOR SECTIONAL PRESSURE CONTROL
A system for applying fluid to an agricultural field includes a fluid source, a plurality of nozzles connected in fluid communication with the fluid source, and a plurality of electrically actuated valves configured to control fluid flow through the plurality of nozzles. The plurality of electrically actuated valves are divided into a plurality of groups. The system also includes a plurality of section control valves. Each section control valve is connected in fluid communication between the fluid source and a corresponding one of the groups of electrically actuated valves. Each section control valve is positionable to adjust a flow coefficient of the section control valve. The system further includes a controller configured to control the position of each section control valve to provide a predetermined flow coefficient for each section control valve based on a predetermined fluid pressure for the corresponding group of electrically actuated valves.
Breakaway boom segment with perforated outer walls
A breakaway boom segment is provided with perforated outer walls. The breakaway boom segment ma have a fabricated box configuration with cutouts, which may include a pair of multi-flanged channel pieces that are connected to each other with respective channel openings facing each other and pairs of upper and lower flanges connected to each other to provide a box configuration and having an interior space that is accessible through openings of the cutouts.
UNIVERSAL JET SPRAY BAR
A universal jet bar for the spraying or the spreading of granules or liquid conventionally including two arms articulated and each provided with a plurality of segments capable of being folded onto themselves, each segment including at least one lower profile defining a longitudinal housing open downwards and at each of its longitudinal ends, the universal jet bar receiving spraying equipment, remarkable in that it includes a plurality of premounting members capable, on the one hand, of supporting the spraying equipment and, on the other hand, of being inserted into the housing and removably rigidly connected onto the lower profile along the arms, the lower profile and housing being configured to entirely receive the premounting members and the spraying equipment.
