Spray bar suspension device for an agricultural vehicle
A spray bar suspension device for an agricultural vehicle, including a stationary frame, a right bar holder and a left bar holder that are pivotably mounted on said stationary frame, and damping elements inserted between each of said holders and the stationary frame, where the damping elements include: two rotational supports secured to said stationary frame, right and left structures respectively articulated to said right and left holders, and each pivotably mounted alternating on said rotational supports, and so-called primary elastic elements respectively inserted between each of said right and left structures and said stationary frame, such that an oscillation of each holder around its normal operating position results in tilting the structure associated with that holder from one to the other of said rotational supports, then pivoting said structure around said support, against the elastic elements.
Tire Configuration System For An Agricultural Machine
An operator can interact with a user interface to input tire configuration information for a tires installed on an agricultural machine so that a control system of the machine can accurately apply information about the tires to display calculated parameters and/or control machine functions. In one aspect, the input could correspond to custom information for tires which the controller could use to derive tire dimensions, such as a rolling circumference of the tire, for calculating parameters. In another aspect, the input could correspond to a selection among several predetermined tire configurations. The controller can then apply the tire dimension to calculate one or more parameters, such as speed and/or distance traveled, for display, and/or to control various machine functions, such as an agricultural product application rate, steering, driveline and/or suspension control.
Sprayer boom with perforated outer walls
A sprayer boom for use with an agricultural sprayer has perforated outer walls. The perforated outer walls may connect boom frame tube stringers to each other by way of stringer connecting plates with cutouts. The perforated outer walls may be defined by webs of material extending between the tube stringers and multiple openings defined between the webs of material.
SECTIONAL BOOM HEIGHT CONTROL OF INDIVIDUAL SECTION FOR SPRAYERS AND SYSTEM THEREOF
A spray boom of a spray boom assembly includes a boom frame and a spray section coupled to the boom frame. The spray section includes an elongated spray pipe configured to be fluidly coupled to a fluid source and a nozzle coupled to the spray pipe. An actuator is coupled at one end to the boom frame and at an opposite end to the spray section. The actuator controllably extends and retracts to move the spray pipe and nozzle between a raised position and a lowered position.
HIGH RESOLUTION SPRAY SECTION HEIGHT CONTROL AND DYNAMIC NOZZLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
A spray boom for spraying a fluid on a target includes a boom frame and a spray section coupled to the boom frame. The spray section includes a spray pipe configured to be fluidly coupled to a fluid source and a nozzle coupled to the spray pipe and configured to be fluidly coupled to the fluid source. An actuator is coupled at one end to the boom frame and at an opposite end to the spray section. The actuator is controllably extending and retracting to move the spray pipe and nozzle between a raised position and a lowered position. A trip assembly is coupled between the boom frame and actuator for biasing the spray section to a biased position in which the actuator and nozzle are substantially perpendicular to the underlying surface.
Support For a Spreading Boom For an Agricultural Sprayer
A sprayer boom support for an agricultural sprayer including two articulated arms that are coupled in an articulated manner on both sides of the sprayer, wherein each articulated arm is comprised of bar sections that are formed in a composite material consisting of a reinforcing agent chosen from carbon fibre, fibreglass, aramid fibre, boron fibre or a combination thereof, and a matrix of epoxy, vinyl ester, phenolic or polyester resin, the bar sections having a tube geometry with a substantially rectangular cross section with rounded vertices and arched sides, the length of two of its equal sides being constant along the bar section.
SYSTEM OF INTEGRATED PASSAGEWAYS IN A CARBON FIBER BOOM AND METHOD THEREOF
A spray boom includes a body having a length defined a first end and a second end thereof. The body is formed by a plurality of layers of composite material adapted to be molded together to form an inner surface and an outer surface. A hollow cavity is defined in the body internally of the inner surface, and a channel is formed in the body between the inner surface and the outer surface. The channel extends along the length and is defined between the first end and the second end.
INTEGRATED LIGHTING SYSTEM IN A CARBON FIBER BOOM AND METHOD THEREOF
A spray boom includes a body having a length defined between a first end and a second end thereof. The body is formed by a plurality of layers of composite material adapted to be molded together to form an inner surface and an outer surface. An internal cavity is defined in the body internally of the inner surface. A light-emitting system is integrally formed in the body in an outer layer thereof or at a location between the inner surface and the outer surface. The light-emitting system has an on state and an off state in which it is adapted to emit a light when in the on state.
Spray nozzle provided with an improved incorporator
A sprayer including a chassis supporting a main container, a spray boom, and an incorporation device, the incorporation device having an active state and an inactive state. A volume occupied by the incorporation device can be varied between its active state and its inactive state. The incorporation device has a larger capacity in its active state and is smaller in size in its inactive state.
AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER BOOM TRUSS
A truss structure of a spray boom assembly includes a top member, a bottom member, and a first truss member positioned between the top member and the bottom. The truss structure also includes a first connecting member welded to the top member and the first truss member, and a second connecting plate welded to the bottom member and the first truss member.
