PRE-MEASURED SINGLE USE CONCENTRATED PESTICIDE PRODUCT AND METHOD OF CREATING A PESTICIDE SPRAY THEREFROM
A pre-measured single use concentrated pesticide product includes a pesticide material in a concentrated form. The pesticide material is in a quantity that is pre-measured for a specific applicator tank size. A bottle is provided that is sized and configured to hold the quantity of the pesticide material that is pre-measured for the specific applicator tank size. The pesticide material is sealed and packaged inside of the bottle. The pre-measured single use concentrated pesticide product is designed and configured to optimize efficiency in mixing the pesticide material in the concentrated form with water in an applicator with the specific applicator tank size.
WEED TREATMENT SYSTEMS
A system for spraying an agricultural field provides a weed distribution model including information corresponding to a weed distribution as a function of geographic location within the field. An initial portion of the field is sprayed with a first product from a first tank leaving a remaining portion of the field to be sprayed. A quantity of the first product from the first tank required to complete the spraying of the remaining portion of the field is estimated based at least in part on the weed distribution model, the estimated quantity being less than the first tank capacity. The estimated quantity of the first product is loaded into the first tank so that the remaining portion of the field may be sprayed with the first tank being empty, at least to a threshold level, at the end of the spraying of the remaining portion of the field.
BAROMETRIC LEVEL GAUGE, LIQUID STORAGE DEVICE, AND PLANT PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
A barometric level gauge includes: a housing, including a side wall, and a top cover plate and an inner partition plate respectively connected to the side wall, where a device mounting cavity is formed between the top cover plate and the inner partition plate and a vent chamber is formed on a side, back to the top cover plate, of the inner partition plate, the vent chamber is in communication with atmosphere, and the inner partition plate is provided with a first vent connecting the device mounting cavity to the vent chamber; and a pressure sensor, mounted in the device mounting cavity, where the pressure sensor includes a first sensitive element for sensing air pressure in the device mounting cavity. A problem of damage, caused by water, to the internal devices may be avoided.
PLANT EMERGENCE MONITORING SYSTEMS
An agricultural sprayer includes one or more product tanks. A product application system includes a plurality of applicator mechanisms to spray the products on a field. An imaging system includes an array of cameras mounted on the sprayer to obtain image data indicative of plant matter on the field. A control system is configured to: analyze the image data and selectively spray weeds; during the selectively spraying, gather image data including images of a row crop and correlate the image data to a geographic location of the row crop in the field; perform image processing of the image data to determine emergence data; correlate the emergence data to the geographic location of the row crop in the field; and generate a graphic report illustrating the emergence state of the row crop as a function of the geographic location of the row crop in the field.
