DIRECT INJECTION SPRAYING ASSEMBLY COMPRISING DIRECT A DOSING INTERFACE
The present invention relates to a spraying assembly comprising an injection device, a first hydraulic circuit for conveying carrier liquid to a spray nozzle, the first hydraulic circuit comprising, upstream of the spray nozzle, an injection section, a second hydraulic circuit for conveying the active substance to the injection device, under an injection pressure greater than the carrier liquid circulation pressure, the injection device comprising a direct dosing interface comprising a plurality of through-holes in the injection section of the first hydraulic circuit, and the injection device further comprising at least one corresponding actuator configured to open or close each through-hole so as to allow a determined dosing of active substance to pass through at least one open hole to be injected into the carrier liquid stream.
Product discharge device for an agricultural machine
The present disclosure concerns a discharge device for a product dispersion assembly, for example intended to be attached on an agricultural machine, comprising a receiving element, such as a hopper, intended to receive the product, wherein the discharge device includes a mass measurement system configured to measure the mass of the receiving element.
Mix on demand sprayer
A sprayer system includes a diluent tank, a mounting bracket mounted to the diluent tank and a concentrate tank mounted to the mounting bracket and diluent tank. A mixing manifold is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a first inlet fitting to receive a fixed amount of diluent and a second inlet to receive a liquid concentrate. The diluent and concentrate are then combined to form a mixed solution. The mixing manifold includes an outlet. A positive displacement pump is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a suction port fluidly coupled to the mixed solution outlet. A pressure port may fluidly couple with a spray device. The second tank may be separable from the first tank and mounting bracket without requiring removal of the mixing manifold or positive displacement pump.
System and process for dispensing multiple and low rate agricultural products
A system for dispensing agricultural products includes: a master controller, sets of agricultural product containers, meter devices, and secondary controllers. The meter devices are operatively connected to the product containers and configured to dispense products from the containers to rows in a field wherein each of the sets of containers is associated with a respective row in the field. The secondary controllers actuate the meter devices. Each secondary controller receives command data from the master controller and controls the meter devices for dispensing in response to the command data. Agricultural product from each product container is dispensed in accordance with operator defined instructions to the master controller. The instructions are capable of being provided to the master controller during the planting allowing the dispensing of individual containers to be controlled. In one embodiment the invention is a process for dispensing agricultural products at low application rates utilizing precision placement equipment.
System and method for treating individual seeds with liquid chemicals during the planting process
A system for dispensing liquid agricultural products with seed includes a control system; a seed transport mechanism; an agricultural product supply system; and, a seed brush assembly. The seed transport mechanism is affixed to a seed planter row unit. The agricultural product supply system is configured to dispense agricultural products in response to an output signal from the control system. A brush housing structure of the seed brush assembly receives seed from the seed transport mechanism. A brush of the seed brush assembly has bristles positioned within the brush housing structure. The agricultural product supply system is configured to dispense the liquid agricultural products onto the bristles. The bristles are configured to minimize the resistance associated with the passage of seed past the wetted bristles. The liquid agricultural product is transferred from the brushes onto the seed as the seed is dispensed prior to the seed hitting the ground.
SPRAYER EQUIPMENT WITH FLUID MIXING SYSTEM
A sprayer equipment includes a support frame, a pump, a pressure regulator, a concentrate tank, an injector, a spray nozzle, and a controller. The support frame has a plurality of wheels. The pump is coupled to the support frame and includes a pump inlet configured to be fluidly coupled to a water source and a pump outlet providing water at an increased water pressure. The pressure regulator is configured to control the pressure of the water. The concentrate tank is supported by the support frame and configured to store a concentrate fluid. The injector is fluidly coupled to the concentrate tank and configured to inject the concentrate fluid into the water. The spray nozzle is fluidly coupled to the pump outlet and the injector. The controller is coupled to the injector and is configured to control operation of the injector.
System and Method for Conveying an Agricultural Formulation
The present invention relates to a system for delivering an agricultural formulation, having a container (1) for holding the agricultural formulation, the container (1) having a removal opening (19), a delivery unit (2), securely fastened in or to the container (1), for delivering the agricultural formulation located in the container (1) through the removal opening (19). The system also comprises a drive unit which, in order to drive the delivery unit (2), separately from the delivery unit (2), is coupled detachably to the delivery unit (2), wherein the drive unit has a hydraulic unit (12), which comprises a cylinder chamber (9), a piston (20) that is movable back and forth in the cylinder chamber (9), and an outlet opening (22) for a hydraulic fluid, and has a hydraulic line (8) which is coupled to the outlet opening (22) and able to be coupled to the delivery unit (2). In the system according to the invention, the hydraulic fluid is water or rapidly biodegradable. Furthermore, the hydraulic unit has a further cylinder chamber for driving the piston by means of a further hydraulic fluid. The invention also relates to a method for delivering an agricultural formulation.
Method and system having an intermediate holding vessel for combining chemical injection substances for a spray system
A system includes a first tank containing water, a plurality of vessels, a second tank containing a mixed solution, a first conduit, a first pump, an injector associated with each of the vessels, a valve, a second conduit, and a second pump. Each of the plurality of vessels contains a substance. The mixed solution is formed from water from the first tank and a substance from at least one of the plurality of vessels. The first pump provides motive force for the water through the first conduit. An injector associated with each of the vessels controls release of the substance in that vessel into the first conduit.
