Localized product injection system and methods for same
A localized product injection system includes a composite boom tube having a carrier fluid passage within a tube body, and at least one injection product passage within the tube body isolated from the carrier fluid passage. A plurality of port stations are provided at locations along the tube body. Each of the port stations includes a carrier fluid outlet port and at least one injection product outlet port. A localized injection interface is coupled at a port station. The injection interface includes a carrier fluid input coupled with the carrier fluid outlet port, and at least one injection product input coupled with the at least one injection product outlet port. The injection interface includes at least one throttling element in communication with the at least one injection product input, a mixing chamber, and an injection port configured for localized coupling and injection to a product dispenser.
LIQUID ADDITIVE CONTROLLER SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HORTICULTURAL WATERING SYSTEMS
A liquid additive control system for use in a horticultural irrigation system such as a residential or commercial sprinkler system. The liquid additive is injected directly into the irrigation system. The system is capable of being introduced into an existing and/or newly installed irrigation system. Two or more different types of liquid additive can be connected to the same irrigation system, such as to provide shrub and bush liquid additive (e.g. a phosphorus liquid additive) for one zone and lawn liquid additive (e.g. a nitrogen liquid additive) for another zone. An existing sprinkler timer could be adapted to connect to a liquid additive controller and remote controller(s) and associated valve boxes and sprinkler heads, or a standalone unit could provide both sprinkler timer and liquid additive controller functionality.
System and process for dispensing multiple and low rate agricultural products
A system for dispensing agricultural products includes an agricultural product container having a memory circuit associated therewith for storing data, the stored data including data unique to the container and the quantity of material dispensed including specific rates of application. An application rate meter device is operatively connected to the agricultural product container and is configured to dispense the agricultural product from the agricultural product container. Precision placement equipment includes a placement tube assembly operatively connected to the application rate meter device to place the agricultural products in the desired locations for efficient activity of the agricultural product. Each placement tube assembly is mounted between depth wheels of a depth control wheel assembly of a planter for placement of product in-furrow between the depth wheels.
Method for Spreading Spraying Liquid onto Arable Agricultural Land
A method for spreading a spraying liquid onto arable agricultural land by way of several spreading devices associated with a field sprayer; and arranged along a spraying boom, where the spraying liquid; is applied with a needs-based spreading quantity that is associated with the respective spreading devices where at least one first operating parameter associated with at least one first spreading device; and at least one second operating parameter associated with at least one second spreading device is determined, and where a difference between the operating parameters is ascertained and/or detected, and where the first and/or second operating parameter is adjusted if the difference is outside an acceptance range, where the difference is within the acceptance range after adjustment. In order to further improve the spreading process, it is provided that at least one of several control strategies is selected, where the at least one first and/or second operating parameter is adjusted as a function of the selected control strategy.
MIX ON DEMAND SPRAYER
A sprayer system includes a diluent tank, a mounting bracket mounted to the diluent tank and a concentrate tank mounted to the mounting bracket and diluent tank. A mixing manifold is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a first inlet fitting to receive a fixed amount of diluent and a second inlet to receive a liquid concentrate. The diluent and concentrate are then combined to form a mixed solution. The mixing manifold includes an outlet. A positive displacement pump is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a suction port fluidly coupled to the mixed solution outlet. A pressure port may fluidly couple with a spray device. The second tank may be separable from the first tank and mounting bracket without requiring removal of the mixing manifold or positive displacement pump.
Mixer for drawing and mixing a solid product with a liquid from a tank of a sprayer
A mixer for drawing and mixing a solid product, such as a powder, with a liquid from a tank includes a drawing wand which has a drawing tip suitable for drawing the product and a mixing vat which has a rotation shape delimited by a side wall. The discharge tip of the drawing wand leads into the top of a vat and injects the product into the vat. In one form, the mixer includes a hydraulic circuit designed to circulate the liquid between the tank and the vat. The circuit includes at least one injection duct having at least one injection nozzle that leads into the top of the vat so that the liquid from the tank flows over the side wall of the vat.
Dispensing device for agricultural sprayer
The present disclosure relates to a dispensing device for an agricultural sprayer. The dispensing device includes a supply manifold having at least two inlets, each inlet connectable to a product source and engaging with a closing valve, and a dispensing manifold having at least two outlets, each outlet connectable to at least one spraying member and engages with a closing valve. The dispensing device further includes a control mechanism that includes at least one camshaft having a plurality of cams. Each cam controls the opening and closing of an associated valve.
Spray nozzle provided with an improved incorporator
A sprayer including a chassis supporting a main container, a spray boom, and an incorporation device, the incorporation device having an active state and an inactive state. A volume occupied by the incorporation device can be varied between its active state and its inactive state. The incorporation device has a larger capacity in its active state and is smaller in size in its inactive state.
System and method for dispensing agricultural products
A system for dispensing low rate agricultural products, includes a syringe-based agricultural product metering system, at least one agricultural product tube, and an agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is operably connected to a source of low rate agricultural products. The agricultural product tube is operatively connected to the agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is configured to dispense liquid low rate agricultural products at a low rate defined as below 3.7 fluid ounces per 1000 row feet.
