The dispensing device includes a supply manifold having at least two inlets, each inlet connectable to a product source and engaging with a closing valve, and a dispensing manifold having at least two outlets, each outlet connectable to at least one spraying member and engages with a closing valve. The dispensing device further includes a control mechanism that includes at least one camshaft having a plurality of cams. Each cam controls the opening and closing of an associated valve.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUS FOR LIQUID FERTILIZER DRAWBACK
A drawback system is used with a liquid fertilizer distribution system to be used with agricultural implements. The drawback system may include a two-way, reversible pump that allows liquid fertilizer material to be transported from a system source or toward a system source. The drawback system allows liquid fertilizer that is not applied to an agricultural field to be cleared from piping, conduits, and/or other components of a liquid fertilizer system and drawn back into a holding chamber. The drawback system may also comprise a positive displacement pump in communication with a plurality of valves wherein manipulation of the valves can control the direction of the flow of liquid fertilizer, either from or toward a system/fluid source.
Direct-injection spraying device for a vehicle, in particular an agricultural vehicle, and vehicle provided with such a device
The direct-injection spraying device, in particular for an agricultural vehicle, according to the invention includes a main tank, at least one spray boom, and a circuit connecting the tank to the boom. comprises: The circuit includes a main pump and a bypass for controlling the flow rate in the boom in accordance with the traveling speed of the vehicle. At least one active substance store is connected to the circuit by a metering pump. The device further includes a cyclone mixer capable of receiving, as input, the liquid from the main tank, and the pressurized liquids coming from the active substance store, and capable of eliminating the boom as output.
Systems for the control and use of fluids and particles
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for applying specially formulated spray materials. The feedstock for the spray materials includes one or more immiscible materials. To mix immiscible materials at low pressure, the materials are applied from separate inputs of a fixture to separate channels where they are permitted to flow to and spread over surfaces or edges at selected thicknesses. On the surfaces or edges the materials are each subject to flowing air that forms small particles or drops even though the materials may be viscous. The particles or drops are mixed together and may be applied to a combustion device or spray device or any other device utilizing the mixture.
SPRAY APPLICATION DEVICE
The present invention relates to spray application device(s) for application of an active ingredient(s) to agricultural crops, to vehicle(s) comprising spray application device(s), to method(s) of spray application by the spray application device(s), to computer program element(s) for controlling the spray application device(s), and for computer program element(s) for controlling vehicle(s) comprising spray application device(s).
SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING PRESCRIPTIVE APPLICATION OF MULTIPLE PRODUCTS
A system for dispensing crop input products from multiple meters per crop row, including: a) a georeferencing module configured to receive and process georeferenced location information; b) a prescriptive control module configured to receive the processed georeferenced location information from the georeferencing module and utilize the georeferenced location information to generate specific prescriptive rate information for individual meters in the field; and, c) a meter controller module operatively connected to the prescriptive control module. The meter controller module is configured to utilize the specific prescriptive rate information to individually control multiple meters per crop row, to simultaneously dispense crop input products at specific prescriptive rates at georeferenced locations throughout the field.
Independent nozzle injection control system for sprayers
By injecting a chemical fluid and a carrier fluid directly at each nozzle, and by then mixing the fluids at each nozzle to produce a mixed fluid, an improved spray system may be provided which does not contaminate the tank or distribution system with chemical fluid and which allows improved spraying with minimal delay. Accordingly, a system is provided on a field sprayer for independently controlling the flow rate of concentrated chemical fluid to individual spray nozzles using a high pressure chemical distribution rail or loop routed to each nozzle and solenoid injection valves to control the flow of chemical fluid to each nozzle independently.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TREATING INDIVIDUAL SEEDS WITH LIQUID CROP INPUTS DURING THE PLANTING PROCESS
A system for dispensing liquid agricultural products with seed includes an agricultural product supply system configured to dispense agricultural products. The system includes a seed tube for introducing seed. A tube-mounted nozzle is positioned on the seed tube for introducing liquid agricultural product into the seed tube. A gaseous fluid line is in fluid connection to a source of gaseous fluid. A gaseous fluid bubble generation assembly is in fluid communication with the gaseous fluid line. The gaseous fluid bubble generation assembly is configured to generate bubbles. The gaseous fluid bubble generation assembly is arranged and constructed so that when the gaseous fluid from the gaseous fluid line is passed therethrough bubbles are generated and agglomerated when the gaseous fluid encounters the liquid agricultural product within the seed tube.
METHOD FOR PLANTATION TREATMENT OF A PLANTATION FIELD
A method for plantation treatment of a plantation field, the method, comprising: receiving (S10) a parametrization (10) for controlling a treatment device (200) by the treatment device (200) from a field manager system (100), wherein the parametrization (10) is dependent on offline field data (Doff) relating to expected conditions on the plantation field (300); taking (S20) an image (20) of a plantation of a plantation field (300); recognizing (S30) objects (30) on the taken image (20); determining (S40) at least one treatment product composition (40) optionally dependent or based on the determined parametrization (10), online field data and/or the recognized objects (30); determining (S50) a control signal (S) for controlling a treatment arrangement (270) of the treatment device (200) based on the determined parametrization (10), the recognized objects (30) and the chosen treatment product composition (40).
Tagged container tracking
A system and method that automatically monitors product use, such as the type and amount of agricultural and/or horticultural product stored in and dispensed from a cartridge over time and/or by geographic location. Monitored data are stored in memory such as a tag on the cartridge and may be transmitted to a server for storage, aggregation, and analysis. The cartridge may be authenticated before being authorized for use for the benefit of a current user in dispensing the product. The cartridge may be refilled after confirmation of authorization codes on the cartridge and refilling equipment tags. The cartridge may be calibrated automatically based on the bulk density or other parameter of the product in the cartridge. Data may be aggregated from a plurality of cartridges automatically. As-applied data from individual cartridges may be used to verify, independent of operator input, treated area coverage and product application rate.
