Nozzle Light Assembly
A system having: a boom; at least one nozzle assembly attached to the boom; and a nozzle or a second nozzle assembly; wherein the at least one nozzle assembly and the second nozzle assembly each comprise a nozzle and at least one light; wherein the at least one light is disposed to illuminate a spray from an adjacent nozzle assembly or nozzle.
Active substance supply system for an agricultural sprayer
The invention relates to an active substance supply system for an agricultural sprayer, having a main liquid circuit which comprises a reservoir for a main liquid and permits circulation of the main liquid, where the main liquid circuit comprises one or more distribution sections which are each configured to distribute to several dispensing elements a spray liquid to be dispensed, and a feed system which is connected to the main liquid circuit and in which the main liquid is mixed with at least one separately supplied active substance to form a liquid active substance mixture, where the active substance supply system is configured to introduce the active substance mixture into the one or more distribution sections at several places.
Tagged container tracking
A system and method that automatically monitors product use, such as the type and amount of agricultural and/or horticultural product stored in and dispensed from a cartridge over time and/or by geographic location. Monitored data are stored in memory such as a tag on the cartridge and may be transmitted to a server for storage, aggregation, and analysis. The cartridge may be authenticated before being authorized for use for the benefit of a current user in dispensing the product. The cartridge may be refilled after confirmation of authorization codes on the cartridge and refilling equipment tags. The cartridge may be calibrated automatically based on the bulk density or other parameter of the product in the cartridge. Data may be aggregated from a plurality of cartridges automatically. As-applied data from individual cartridges may be used to verify, independent of operator input, treated area coverage and product application rate.
ACTIVE SUBSTANCE SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR AN ADRICULTURAL SPRAYER
Agricultural sprayer system and method
An agricultural vehicle includes a frame, a first reservoir coupled to the frame with the first reservoir configured to hold a solvent, a second reservoir coupled to the frame with the second reservoir configured to hold a first solute, and a third reservoir coupled to the frame with the third reservoir configured to hold a second solute different than the first solute. The agricultural vehicle also includes a spray boom coupled to the frame. The spray boom includes a first spray nozzle and a second spray nozzle. The first spray nozzle is independently operable relative to the second spray nozzle such that the first spray nozzle is configured to dispense a first solution comprising the solvent and the first solute onto an agricultural surface and the second spray nozzle is configured to dispense a second solution comprising the solvent and the second solute onto the agricultural surface.
SECURE AND VERIFIABLE TRACKING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
A computer-implemented system and method to collect and store data related to product stored in a container. In response to filling the container with the product, the following data are stored in at least one first record in an external database (such as a distributed ledger, e.g., blockchain): a product type of the first product; an amount of the first product filled into the first container; a unique identity of the first container; and a unique identity of a first user of the first container at the time of filling the first container with the first product. Data representing a unique identity of a container data module on the container are stored in the container data module. As the container moves, dispenses product, and undergoes changes in possession and ownership, data representing such events are stored in the distributed ledger and/or the container data module. As a result, a verifiable application/consumption record of the product within the container is generated.
Techniques for Determining Active Ingredient (AI) Volatility for Agricultural Spray Solutions
Systems and methods of the present disclosure include the use of a tracer in agricultural spray solutions, and preferably a metal tracer, to determine if off-target drift of an active ingredient (AI) is based on drift caused during application or volatility of AI after application.
Systems and methods for controlling center pivot irrigation systems
An electronic device is described, including memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to receive center pivot irrigation system information corresponding to a center pivot irrigation system and to request map data. The processor is also configured to a user interface with a map of the center pivot irrigation system. The processor is further configured to receive an input via the user interface indicating an input point. The processor is additionally configured to render an alteration point marker at a first position, the alteration point marker representing an alteration point for the pivot, the alteration point corresponding to a first radial position of the pivot at which a change in operation of the pivot is set to occur. The processor is also configured to control the center pivot irrigation system to alter operation of the pivot at the first radial position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING MULTIPLE LOW RATE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
A system for dispensing low rate agricultural products, includes a syringe-based agricultural product metering system, at least one agricultural product tube, and an agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is operably connected to a source of low rate agricultural products. The agricultural product tube is operatively connected to the agricultural product metering system. The agricultural product metering system is configured to dispense liquid low rate agricultural products at a low rate defined as below 3.7 fluid ounces per 1000 row feet.
Insulated electrostatically assisted spraying extender
An insulated electrostatically-assisted insulated spraying extender (10) is described, which is installed on the spraying bar (100) of a spraying device and positioned adjacent to a hydraulic nozzle (20) that atomizes the spray solution, said extender (10) being equipped with an insulated internal shaft (12) for the passage of the power supply cable (30) and the placement of an encapsulated electric device (13) that feeds the induction electrode (151) surrounding the opening (21) of the hydraulic nozzle (20), causing the dielectric rupture of atomized drops, eliminating or decreasing the wetting of the induction electrode (151) and of the power supply cable (30), as well as of other electric parts that affect the efficiency and the full operation of the spraying nozzle, while hindering leakage of the electric current through cable (30) by contacting any section of the machine structure.
