APPARATUS FOR LOADING BOUND PRODUCTS
Disclosed is a device for loading a bound product, the device holding a product without the product sagging, which has been completed by punching various objects to be bound and then binding same by means of a coil spring, reversing the moving direction to a loading location and thereby enabling neat and stable stacking in a zigzag state without having the coil springs come in contact with one another. A device for loading a bound product, according to the present invention, comprises: a supporting frame unit for providing a distance for the movement of a bound product from a binding location to a loading location; a transfer unit having upper and lower gears, which are axially mounted on one side of the frame unit, a driven gear, which is axially mounted on the other end, a moving belt, for connecting the lower gear and the driven gear, a power belt, which is connected to the upper gear, and a first driving motor, for transmitting power to the power belt; an LM guide having a rail, which is mounted on the frame unit in the length direction, and a block; a reversing unit having a supporting plate, which is fixed on the block of the LM guide and the moving belt, a pinion, of which the upper end is rotatably and axially mounted on the supporting plate, a first cylinder, for operating a rack gear that interlocks with the pinion, and a rotating plate which is fixed on the lower end of the pinion; and a holding unit having a support and a second cylinder which is mounted on the rotating plate of the reversing unit and has a pressure member coupled to the front end thereof so as to hold a bound product.
SYNCHRONOUS SERVO FEEDING SYSTEM FOR PUNCHING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
The present invention provides a synchronous servo feeding system for punching machine and the method for operating the same. According to the present invention, a servo feeding device is provided on one side of a punching machine for guiding a material strip into the punching machine for processing. In addition, a servo pulling device is provided on the other side of the punching machine for conveying a finished strip from the punching machine. Besides, a central servo control system is provided for controlling the servo feeding device and the servo pulling device. Thereby, the material strip can be fed and pulled synchronously.
Gripping device for gripping sheet material
A gripping device for gripping a sheet-material stack has at least two gripping elements for gripping a sheet-material stack disposed between the gripping elements, which gripping elements can be moved toward each other in order to grip the sheet-material stack. At least one of the gripping fingers of one of the gripping elements is tiltable from its starting position, in which it is oriented substantially parallel to the stack surface, into a tilted position, in which it is inclined toward the stack surface. With the gripping device any types of sheet-material stacks can be reliably and trouble-free removed from a container and held against gravity through grip-clamping.
Transport device for conveying products
The transport device has at least one movable slide for conveying blister packs. A linear motor drive device is used to drive the slide along a guide rail. The slide has at least one permanent magnet for interaction with the linear motor drive device. In addition, a retaining element for holding a product insert is arranged on the slide and is moved with the slide. The retaining element is operable between an activated or closed position to hold the product insert and a deactivated or opened position to receive or release the product insert.
Device and method for handling elements
A device for handling elements comprises a shank provided with a stop; a rod which is longitudinally movable and rotatable with respect to the shank, comprising a flap at one end thereof, so as to define a clamp between the stop and the flap for gripping an element. A method comprises placing elements separated by at least one slit on a surface; inserting a tip of a shank provided with a flap inside the slit; placing a stop in contact with an upper part of the element; rotating the shank, holding the element on the upper part by the stop and on a lower part by the flap; and separating the element.
Aerogripper apparatus, system, and methods
An apparatus may comprise a curved surface; a fluid outlet disposed to cause a fluid to move adjacent the curved surface; a sensor configured to detect a material disposed adjacent the curved surface; and a clamp configured to actuate based on detection, via the sensor, of a material disposed adjacent the curved surface, wherein the clamp is further configured to secure the material to the curved surface upon activation.
Positioning assembly and sheet material processing machine
A positioning assembly (30) for positioning a sheet material, especially at an entry portion of a sheet material processing machine, is described. It comprises a support beam (32) on which at least a portion of a sheet material to be positioned can be placed and a plurality of clamping fingers (38). The support beam (32) is coupled to a drive unit (60) configured for translationally moving the support beam (32) along a travelling direction (y) of the sheet material, translationally moving the support beam (32) along a direction (x) transverse to the travelling direction (y) and rotationally moving the support beam (32) with respect to a pivot axis (z) being perpendicular to the traveling direction (y) and the transverse direction (x). Each of the clamping fingers (38) is coupled to an individual clamping finger actuation unit (40). Moreover, a sheet material processing machine comprising such a positioning assembly (30) is presented.
Tape feeding device
A tape supply device is disclosed. The tape supply device comprises a supply roll supplying a tape having a first surface and a second surface formed opposite to the first surface; and a clamp gripping an end of the tape drawn from the supply roll. The clamp includes a first fixing part movable in an up-down direction, the first fixing part positioned above the tape, the first fixing part facing the first surface; a second fixing part positioned below the first fixing part, the second fixing part positioned below the tape, the second fixing part facing the second surface, and the second fixing part movable in the up-down direction, the second fixing part including a through hole; and a push rod positioned below the second fixing part. When the second fixing part moves down, the push rod passes through the through hole and protrudes upward from the second fixing part.
TAPE FEEDING DEVICE
A tape supply device is disclosed. The tape supply device comprises a supply roll supplying a tape having a first surface and a second surface formed opposite to the first surface; and a clamp gripping an end of the tape drawn from the supply roll. The clamp includes a first fixing part movable in an up-down direction, the first fixing part positioned above the tape, the first fixing part facing the first surface; a second fixing part positioned below the first fixing part, the second fixing part positioned below the tape, the second fixing part facing the second surface, and the second fixing part movable in the up-down direction, the second fixing part including a through hole; and a push rod positioned below the second fixing part. When the second fixing part moves down, the push rod passes through the through hole and protrudes upward from the second fixing part.
