ATTRACTANTS FOR RATS
Rat attractant compositions attractive to the rat species Rattus norvegicus are disclosed, which compositions are constituted of compounds found in the headspace volatiles of male urine odor or female urine odor. Said compositions are respectively termed male pheromone blend (MPB) and comprises 2-heptanone, 4-heptanone, 3-ethyl-2-heptanone, 2-octanone, 2-nonanone, and 4-nonanone in a ratio of 10:100:10:1:1:10 respectively, or female pheromone blend (FPB) and comprises 2-methyl-butyric acid, 3-methyl-butyric acid, heptanal, hexanoic acid, 2-phenylacetaldehyde, nonanal, and decanal in a ratio of 20:20:10:30:5:20:10. Devices including the rat attractant compositions, and methods of using said rat attractant compositions, are also disclosed.
PEST-MANAGEMENT ASSEMBLIES AND/OR COMPONENTS FOR PEST MANAGEMENT ASSEMBLIES
This disclosure includes pest-management assemblies (e.g., capture stations, entrance assemblies, and combinations thereof), such as, for example, those that permit a rodent to enter and become trapped (e.g., via adhesive, a snap-trap, and/or being prevented from exiting the assemblies). For example, some embodiments of the present pest-management assemblies comprise a capture station and an entrance assembly comprising a door having a first end and a second end, an entranceway comprising a sidewall defining an opening through which a pest can enter the capture station, and a lip positioned such that it is interior to the capture station, where the lip of the entranceway has an upper edge disposed farther from a floor of the pest-management assembly than the second end of the door when the door is in the closed configuration, the lip positioned such that the lip does not obstruct the door from moving to the open configuration.
RODENT TRAP WITH PRESENCE INDICATOR MECHANISM
Pest-management apparatuses and related methods. At least some of the present pest-management apparatuses comprise: a base, a lid coupled to the base such that the lid is movable between open and closed positions, where the base and lid define a chamber when the lid is in the closed position; a pest-capture device disposable within the chamber and having a capture element that is movable between set and capture positions; and an elongated indicator configured to extend through an opening in the lid when the lid is in the closed position.
Casino mentality hog trap
A casino mentality hog trap assembly is built into a trailer having a frame supported by a plurality of wheels, a hitch for attaching to a towing vehicle, and a platform. A hinged trap floor is located in the platform and is moveable between a horizontal closed position and a downwardly inclined open position for causing animals to fall into a holding pen. A plurality of feeder stations are positioned adjacent to the trap floor. The feeder stations each have feeder lids that can be raised by animals to access feed contained in feeder troughs. A trigger mechanism is arranged to be tripped when two of the feeder lids are raised at the same time. A scent roller is also positioned adjacent to the trap floor and is connected to the trigger mechanism by a linkage that causes the trigger mechanism to be tripped when the scent roller is lifted.

Mousetrap with disposable, hermetically sealing cartridge and internal high-voltage killing mechanism
A hermetically sealing, enclosure-type mousetrap is provided having a reusable housing and a disposable cartridge that contains an internal high voltage killing mechanism. Upon entry of a mouse into the cartridge through a rodent access opening, the opening is closed and the mouse is killed using the high voltage mechanism. Closure of the door hermetically seals the cartridge with the dead mouse inside, after which the cartridge can be disposed of without any contact between the user and the carcass along with any parasites and pathogens associated therewith.

A TRAP
An octopus trap that includes a housing defining an interior containment space; an entrance opening to the interior containment space through which an octopus may enter the interior containment space; a trap door assembly that includes a trap door that is biased toward a first, closed position in which the entrance opening is blocked, the trap door being displaceable between the closed position and a second, open position in which the entrance opening is revealed; a trigger assembly that is capable of retaining the trap door in its open position against its bias, and that is capable of being triggered by an octopus from inside the containment space such that, when triggered, it causes the trap door to displace from its open position to its closed position and wherein the trigger assembly is capable of retaining the trap door in its closed position once triggered.
Raccoon trapping module and raccoon trapping system
A raccoon trapping module which can be attached to an existing wildlife trapping cage to enable only raccoons to be trapped in the trapping cage, comprising at least a door which opens and closes an entrance of a horizontally long cage, a lock mechanism which locks the door in an open state, and a linkage member which is linked with a trigger member which performs a lock release operation of the lock mechanism, wherein a hollow housing is provided which is attached to an end part of the cage at the opposite side from the door, a surface of the housing at the door side has an arm insertion hole which enables a raccoon to insert a forearm, a baiting part in which bait is placed is provided inside of the housing within a range which a hand of the raccoon can reach when the raccoon inserts its forearm from the opening part, and a connecting member makes a linkage member perform a lock release operation of a lock mechanism by the action of a raccoon which takes bait from the baiting member.
MINNOW TRAP AND BAIT ASSEMBLY
A minnow trap and bait assembly for luring minnows using bait held in a container within the minnow trap includes a frame including a boundary wall having an exterior surface and an interior surface. A pair of funnels is coupled to the frame and each of the funnels extend into the frame wherein each of the funnels provides access for minnows into the frame. A bait container is positioned within the frame and encloses a compartment space containing minnow bait. An outer surface of the bait container has a container opening extending therethrough and into the compartment space, and a lid removably closes the container opening of the compartment space of the bait container. A securing member couples the bait container to the frame within the interior space.
