The upper story and lower story include a floor, a wall provided along an entire periphery of the floor, an illumination device provided on a ceiling, and an air conditioner having an air outlet for discharging air, respectively. An opening is formed in the floor of the upper story. The upper story includes a paying-out device to which a material coil on which a nonwoven fabric is wound is attached and that pays out the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric serves as at least one type among a plurality of types of materials. The lower story includes a processing section that processes the plurality of types including the nonwoven fabric that is transported from the upper story through the opening.
Length adjusting mechanism of slitter rewinder
A length adjusting mechanism of slitter rewinder, comprising a feeding device, a slitting device, a rewinding device, and a control device, the slitting device and the rewinding device including a length adjusting device therebetween which enables simultaneous completion of rewinding strips of material of multiple winding drums installed on this invention.
Turn-up Method and a Turn-up Device for a Reel-up for Reeling of Fiber Webs
In a turn-up method for a reel-up for reeling of fiber webs, a web travelling in direction (S) is cut by two water jet nozzles moving in a transverse direction in relation to the web travelling direction (S). Two cuts (C1, C2) are formed by two water jet nozzles starting from the edges of the web (W) and moving to the web center where the cuts (C1, C2) cross or meet forming a V-shaped tail end (V1). After the cuts the movement of the water jet nozzles is stopped and after the return movement of the water jet nozzles, cutting is started again from the center toward the edges so that the web W is cut by two cuts (C3, C4) and a substantially V-shaped beginning end (V2) to the web W is formed and between the cuts (C1, C2) for the tail end (V1) and the cuts (C3, C4) for the beginning end (V2) there is formed one web reject part (R) with two substantially V-shaped cuts. A turn-up device for a reel-up for reeling of fiber webs has two water jet nozzles, in which the cutting by the water jet nozzles (10,12) may be stopped between cutting of a tail end (V1) and cutting of a beginning end (V2) for a selected time for forming only, wherein there is one reject part (R) in the turn-up and the cross-direction travel distance (L1, L2) of each nozzle is substantially shorter than the width (L) of the web (W).
BONDING MACHINE FOR NEW AND OLD SMT SPLICING BELTS
The present invention relates to the field of SMT splicing belt processing equipment, in particular to a bonding machine for new and old SMT splicing belts, comprising a supporting plate, in which a new splicing belt conveying device and an old splicing belt conveying device which are opposite are arranged on the supporting plate; both sides of the two groups of conveying devices are equipped with limiting blocks which are matched with splicing belts; a jacking device matched with the splicing belts is arranged on the top of the supporting plate; a bonding mechanism matched with the splicing belts is arranged above the jacking device; and the new splicing belt conveying device, the old splicing belt conveying device, the jacking device and the bonding mechanism are connected to a controller. The present invention aims to provide the bonding machine for new and old SMT splicing belts; new and old splicing belts are conveyed to the center through the new splicing belt conveying device and the old splicing belt conveying device, and the new splicing belts and the old splicing belts are bonded and sewed through the bonding mechanism, so that the old splicing belts can be recycled without damaging the splicing effects of the splicing belts, and therefore, the splicing cost is reduced to certain extent.
RAPID REACTION HOOD SYSTEM
A rapid reaction hood system includes at least one linear conveyor and a hood attached to the at least one conveyor and including a slot configured to collect dust emissions. The rapid reaction hood system also includes at least one proximity sensor positioned on the hood and configured to detect a distance from the hood to a roll of material. The conveyor is configured to move the hood linearly in response to a detection by the at least one proximity sensor.
Line for processing a continuous web material and related method
The line comprises a feed path (P) of the web material (N) and, along the feed path, a transverse cutter (5) for cutting scraps (FS) from the continuous web material (N). The line includes a system for removing scraps of web material cut by the cutter. The system for removing scraps is fitted with a scrap accumulator member (21). The accumulator member (21) is movable in a direction generally parallel to the feed path (P) of the web material between: a position for receiving scraps, wherein the distance between the accumulator member (21) and the cutter (5) is such that scraps (FS) generated by the cutter (5) are collected by the accumulator member (21); and a standby position, at a distance from the cutter (5) such that scraps (FS) generated by the cutter are collected in a space (D) between the cutter (5) and the accumulator member (21).
Media load damper guide for printers
Embodiments of the present invention are related to a media transport assembly for printers, such as a kiosk printer. The media transport assembly may comprise a biased guide roller structured to dampen media tension shocks, discontinuities, or variations. Other embodiments of the present invention may also provide a media transport assembly configured to allow increased flexibility in media supply roll mounting and for easy loading and threading of the media.
GLASS WINDING SYSTEM AND SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FORMING GLASS ROLLS
Provided is a glass winding system configured to switch between a breaking mode and a winding mode in which glass is wound with an interleaf to form the glass roll. Furthermore, a system for forming glass rolls includes a glass ribbon supply system (100), a cutting system (200) configured to cut the initial glass ribbon into a first glass ribbon and a second glass ribbon, a first glass winding system (400) configured to wind the first glass ribbon to form a first glass roll, and a second glass winding system (300) configured to switch between a breaking mode and a winding mode.
