BAIT STATION FOR PEST CONTROL
A bait station for pest control is provided that comprises an enclosure. The enclosure defines an access chamber that includes an entry port for entry of a pest therein, and a bait chamber that holds a bait product harmful to a pest. A partition section separates the access chamber and the bait chamber. A closure element is associated with the access port and is moveable between a first position covering the access port, and a second position exposing the access port. A detector arrangement outputs a signal indicative of presence or otherwise of a pest in the access chamber. A controller receives the signal and records a pest activity event. The controller moves the closure element to the second position to open an access port between the access chamber and the bait chamber when a number of recorded pest activity events are at least equal to a predetermined number.

Remote-activated animal trap
A fast closing remotely activated animal trap gate includes a gate with a wire mesh and a frame to hold the gate, with the gate moving within the frame between an open position and a closed position. A cable, interacting with a system of weight-reducing pulley wheels, holds the gate within the frame in an open position, and a release rod holds the cable in place. The release rod is retracted in order to allow release of the cable and consequent movement of the gate from the open position to the closed position. In some embodiments, low friction ball-bearing trolley wheels assist in the fast, downward fall of the gate.

BURGLAR TRAPPING SYSTEM
A burglar trapping system includes a grill assembly having a collapsible grill door adapted to be operated in a collapsed condition and an expanded condition and a motor adapted to operate the collapsible grill door. A sensing module is configured to detect a pressure applied on an object and a communication unit is configured to receive the detected pressure from the plurality of sensors and/or a triggering input from a remote electronic device and generate an input based on one of the detected pressure and the triggering input. A control unit in communication with the communication unit is configured to receive the input from the communication unit and operate the motor to move the collapsible grill door in the expanded condition.
Systems and methods remotely monitoring and actuating trap structures
A control system may include a processor, a power source, optionally an antenna, optionally a communication device, optionally one or more cameras, one or more motion sensors, and optionally one or more electromechanical latches. The one or more motion sensors are configured to create signals indicative of one or both of: a presence of a target animal, or a direction of travel of an animal, wherein the processor is configured to process the signals indicative of one or both of: a presence of the target animal, or the direction of travel of an animal, and wherein the system is configured to output an actuation signal to actuate closure of one or more containments of a remote trap structure based on one or both of: the determined presence of the animal, or the determined direction of travel of the animal.
