REEL FOR WINDING OR UNWINDING STRIP-SHAPED MATERIAL AND METHOD
The invention relates to a reel (10) for winding or unwinding strip-shaped material, in particular a metal strip or the like, and to a method for tensioning a coil (12), the reel comprising a frame (13), at least one reel head (14) for disposing the coil for winding or unwinding material (11), a drive arrangement (15) having at least one electric motor (16) and a shaft (20) which connects the electric motor to the reel head, the electric motor being formed comprising a stator (17) and a rotor (18) and being disposed on the frame, the electric motor being a torque motor or a synchronous motor, the shaft directly connecting the rotor to the reel head, the rotor being mounted on the stator so as to be axially displaceable relative to the stator.
CONVEYING DEVICE FOR CONVEYING GOODS
According to some embodiments a conveying device for conveying goods includes at least one conveyor belt with an outer contact face against which the goods to be conveyed are held during conveyance. A main negative pressure holding area is provided adjacent to the conveyor belt, the main negative pressure holding area being configured to hold or release the goods to or from the conveyor belt by negative pressure. The conveyor belt includes at least one suction chamber on the outer contact face forming an additional negative pressure holding area, the suction chamber being in fluid communication with negative pressure holding means through at least one opening transversely going through the conveyor belt.
Destacking device and method for destacking metal sheets
In a destacking device comprising a stacking magazine (2), the respective lowest sheet of a stack (1) of metal sheets is destacked by way of a suction element (5, 15). This element can be moved upward and downward by way of a drive (6). At the end of the upward movement, the respective lowest metal sheet (4) of the stack (1) is gripped by suction power and pulled from the stack. A second suction element (5, 15) is provided, which can be moved upward and downward by way of a drive (6) and by way of which the lowest sheet (4) of the stack (1) can be gripped at the end of the upward movement. The second suction element is driven so as to be leading with respect to the first suction element, so that the respective lowest sheet (4) of the stack (1) can first be pulled from the stack by the second suction element (5), and subsequently by the first suction element (5). In this way, it becomes possible to destack thin sheets having a thickness of only 0.12 mm and a square shape without disruption. The stack is held magnetically in the stacking magazine, which facilitates destacking.
Sheet materials separation-aiding apparatus
A main object of the invention is to provide a sheet material separation-aiding apparatus that ensures that there can be a gap produced stably between a specific sheet material from a stack of sheet materials and a sheet material just below it, and that achieves size reductions, reduced energy consumptions and a decreased parts count. As shown in FIG. 4, the sheet material separation-aiding apparatus 1 comprises a rotating means 2 including an abutment portion 21 that is capable of coming in abutment on an end of the uppermost sheet material 101, a supporting means 3 that supports the rotating means 2 in a rotatable manner and is capable of moving in a vertical direction, a biasing means 4 that biases the supporting means 3 in a downward direction, and a lifting means 5 that lifts up an end 23 of the rotating means 2 in opposition to the abutment portion 21. As the end 23 is lifted up, it causes the rotating means 2 to rotate with the abutment portion 21 coming in abutment on the end of the sheet material 101, and as the end 23 is further lifted up, it causes the supporting means 3 and rotating means 2 to keep on going up while the rotating means 2 is kept from rotation by a counterforce that the abutment portion 21 receives from the sheet material 101.
APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING MOLDED BODY FOR HEAT EXCHANGER FINS
An apparatus for conveying a molded body for heat exchanger fins is capable of realizing high-speed conveying of the molded body for heat exchanger fins, of preventing the generation of noise during conveying, and of miniaturization. As a solution, an apparatus for conveying a molded body for heat exchanger fins has a plurality of conveying units, which each include a rotating conveyor driving unit and a rotating conveyor with a rotating shaft and rotating discs on which a plurality of protrusions that advance into the tube insertion portions of a heat exchanger fin are formed, disposed along a conveying direction of the metal strip, has a drive belt suspended between the rotating shafts of adjacent conveying units, and has an operation control unit that synchronizes rotational driving operations of the rotating shafts of the respective rotating conveyor driving units.
Pivoting gripper mandrel
A mandrel with a biasing assembly that extends the mandrel's life for turning of sheet materials. The mandrel's biasing assembly having a pivot, sleeve, cup and screw that connect a gripper to the arbor and works to alleviate the forces that can cause damage to such a winding machine.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING MULTILAYER METAL STRIP PACKS
Producing multilayer sheet metal strip stacks comprises feeding a metallic strip material having an upper side and a lower side by a feeding arrangement, longitudinally dividing of the fed strip material in a longitudinal direction of the strip material into a plurality of sheet metal strips in a continuous process by a strip dividing arrangement, and continuously superimposing of at least some of the sheet metal strips to form a sheet metal strip pack by a guiding arrangement.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TRACKING DEFECTS IN SHEET MATERIALS
An apparatus and method for tracking defects in sheet materials. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b). As stated in 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading Abstract of the Disclosure.
