METHOD AND ROBOT SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING TRANSFORMER CORE
The invention relates to a method and a robot system (23) for producing transformer cores (12), sheets of metal (16) from which a transformer core is constructed being received on at least two stacking tables (18) by means of a multiaxial robot (22) of the robot system, the sheets of metal being supplied to the robot and stacked adjacent to the robot in at least two storage positions (31) for different sheets of metal by means of a conveyor device (29), the robot and the conveyor device being controlled by a control device (17), sheets of metal being collected from the storage positions and being stacked on the stacking tables by means of the robot disposed between and above the stacking tables.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL ENERGY STORAGE DEVICES
An apparatus for manufacturing electrical energy storage devices, comprising a path for feeding material with intermittent feed and two machining stations arranged one after the other in the feed path, in which each machining station is movable on a linear guide at the command of a motor to vary its position along the feed path and enable the mutual distance between the two machining stations to be adjusted in function of the step of intermittent feed of the material, so that the apparatus is adaptable to the change in product size.
Apparatus for conveying molded body for heat exchanger fins
An apparatus for conveying a molded body for heat exchanger fins is capable of realizing high-speed conveying of the molded body for heat exchanger fins, of preventing the generation of noise during conveying, and of miniaturization. As a solution, an apparatus for conveying a molded body for heat exchanger fins has a plurality of conveying units, which each include a rotating conveyor driving unit and a rotating conveyor with a rotating shaft and rotating discs on which a plurality of protrusions that advance into the tube insertion portions of a heat exchanger fin are formed, disposed along a conveying direction of the metal strip, has a drive belt suspended between the rotating shafts of adjacent conveying units, and has an operation control unit that synchronizes rotational driving operations of the rotating shafts of the respective rotating conveyor driving units.
ROLL-TO-ROLL APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING METAL TAPES WITH A CERAMIC COATING
The present invention is in the field of A roll-to-roll apparatus for processing metal tapes with a ceramic coating. In particular, the present invention relates to a roll-to-roll apparatus for pro-cessing metal tapes with a ceramic coating comprising at least two rolls with fixed axis position, and at least one roll with variable axis position to adjust the tape position and/or tension, wherein the position and the diameter of the rolls are adjusted to touch the metal tape only from one side and to limit the stress on the metal tape at any point such that the metal tape is not stretched by more than 0.15%.
Coil clamp
A device for holding a coil structure that is wound in multiple coils. The device includes a coil clamp that retains the coil structure and a base substrate that the coil clamp engages in order to support the coil clamp and, in turn, the coil structure. The coil clamp is formed as a single piece coil clamp that includes a main circular portion and a base substrate engagement portion that is contiguous with the main circular portion. The main circular portion is arranged for receipt of the coil structure, and said base substrate engagement portion has a retaining recess for receiving and engaging with a side edge of the base substrate. The container box is preferably constructed of a cardboard material, and a part, or all of, the container box, is foldable and useable as the base substrate.
APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING MOLDED BODY FOR FLATTENED TUBE FINS
A conveying apparatus can achieve high-speed conveyance of a molded body for flattened tube fins, prevent generation of noise during conveyance, and have a smaller size. A conveying apparatus conveys a molded body for flattened tube fins obtained by providing a metal thin plate with cutaway portions, before the metal thin plate is cut into a predetermined length. The conveying apparatus includes a rotary conveying body including a plurality of protrusions that are tapered and able to enter the cutaway portions, and including a rotation shaft in a direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of the molded body for flattened tube fins in a horizontal plane, and a rotary conveying body driving unit that rotates and drives the rotary conveying body. A side surface shape of each of the protrusions is formed to have a shape to enable the protrusion to enter the corresponding cutaway portion with a space maintained in synchronization with a rotation of the rotation shaft, and retract from the cutaway portion while the protrusion comes in contact with the cutaway portion and conveys the molded body for flattened tube fins.
Refilling Device for a Stacking Magazine with Metal Sheets
A refilling device on a stacking magazine (2) comprises a refilling magazine (18) which is disposed above the stacking magazine and has a rotatably drivable shaft (10) on each of two sides of the refilling magazine, the shafts together forming a support for a stack (11), and at least one controllably activatable air nozzle, by way of which air can be blown into the refilling magazine in such a way that metal sheets on the bottom side of the stack (11) can be bent by the air supply in the direction of the stacking magazine.
Apparatus and method for tracking defects in sheet materials
An apparatus and method for tracking defects in sheet materials. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b). As stated in 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading Abstract of the Disclosure. The purpose of the abstract is to enable the Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and gist of the technical disclosure.
