DEVICE FOR REMOVING ROAD TAPE
A device for removing road tape from a surface comprises a body, and a drive assembly coupled to the body. The drive assembly comprises a motor having a drive wheel, at least one drive belt, a rolling drum drive wheel configured to engage the at least one drive belt, and at least one rolling drum configured to secure an end of the road tape. The rolling drum is configured to rotate in response to rotation of the rolling drum drive wheel and wind the road tape about a circumference. The winding of the road tape drives the body in a forward direction.
SHEET DISPENSER
The present invention is directed to a sheet dispenser (100), comprising: a chassis (34); a mechanism for connecting and securing the chassis (34) to a bottom side of a board; two telescopic arms (22), connected to the chassis (34); a roller (12) of the sheet, connected to the telescopic arms (22); a handle (14) connected to the telescopic arms, for pulling the telescopic arms (22), thereby moving the sheet roller (12) outwards the table in a reach of a user thereof, and a cutter (16), for cutting the sheet to a desired length.
Machine for laying and anchoring a sheet of material on a ground surface
A tracked, self-propelled machine for laying a film and depositing ballast on it to cover a landfill or other ground area. The machine (20) has a ballast box (28) with a reciprocating slat floor (38) and an end gate (34) for holding the ballast (50). A ballast distribution module (58) at the back of the ballast box has a pair of conveyors (68, 70) separated by a gap (72). A roll of film (96) is held by a film roll support mechanism (94) at the back of the machine for unwinding onto the ground surface as the machine moves forward. Ballast is moved to the back of the box by the reciprocating slat floor and is released from an opening (52) under the end gate onto the conveyors and into the gap for deposition onto the laid film.
FLOATING WATER MAT REEL
A floating water mat reel that has a plurality of plates mounted to an axle. A floating water mat is selectively connected to the plates. A crank, connected to the axle is used to rotate the plates so that the mat wraps around the plate.
Mass loaded vinyl roll support apparatus for a scaffold
A support apparatus to secure a mass loaded vinyl roll on a scaffold above a ground surface dispenses mass loaded vinyl from the roll with enhanced efficiency for an application on a wall. The support apparatus includes a frame assembly having a pair of upright legs coupled to a generally horizontal bar, each upright leg in the pair of upright legs having a top end with a U-shaped member coupled thereto, a pair of clamps mounted to the horizontal bar to secure the frame to the scaffold, and a spool bar coupled to the U-shaped members of the pair of upright legs and designed to secure the mass loaded vinyl roll thereon.
TAPE HOLDER
A tape holder allows a person to hold and dispense masking tape easily when preparing for painting or performing other tape related activities. The tape holder may include a first portion that is capable of sliding into or out of a person's pants pocket while a second portion extends out of the pocket and holds one or more rolls of tape. Embodiments of the tape holder are economically made from a single length of bent rod. The tape holder allows the user to easily and quickly remove and replace a roll of masking tape.
MINERAL WOOL PACKAGER
The present invention relates to a method where rolling a length of compressed flexible material into a roll use a flexible roll-up belt moving along a belt pathway, said pathway defined by a number of rollers, wherein at least one of said rollers is active where its rotation is driven by a drive motor and drives the belt along said belt pathway, the roll-up belt can be tightened or loosened along said belt pathway by changing the position of at least one moveable roller and thereby changing the length of the pathway, wherein said method comprises feeding said compressed flexible material into a meeting loop cavity shaped by a segment of said roll-up belt along said roll-up belt pathway, whereby material follows the inner surface of the loop and the rolling of the flexible material is initiated, gradually increasing the length of the segment of said roll-up belt in said meeting loop cavity to ensure that that the roll-up belt segment in said meeting loop cavity gradually and continuously follows the increasing size of the roll and supports the outer contour of the roll, wherein said gradual increase of the segment comprises the steps of gradually loosening the roll-up belt by changing the position of said at least one moveable roller and simultaneously controlling the rotation speed of said at least one active roller to control the length of said belt segment in said meeting loop cavity.
Thereby, an automatic rolling of flexible material is obtained, which adaptably expands a meeting loop cavity to ensure that the rolling is initiated in a controlled manner, and furthermore, that one apparatus performing the method according to the present invention may be used to roll flexible material of various dimensions and characteristics.
FLOATING MAT LAUNCH, RETRIEVAL, AND STORAGE APPARATUS
An apparatus to launch, retrieve, and store a recreational floating mat is described. The apparatus can provide the advantages of helping to ease the potential difficulties associated with launching, retrieving and storing recreational floating mats from dock side, pool side or from a floating vessel such as a boat or floating dock.
REAR DISCHARGE MAT ROLLING MACHINE WITH WRAPPER
A mat rolling machine for rolling a mat having a leading edge and a trailing edge may include a frame, at least one first drive belt, a plurality of second drive belts, a plurality of third drive belts, and a plurality of fourth drive belts. The mat rolling machine may include a plurality of primary fingers and a plurality of secondary fingers having a smaller radius of curvature on a lower face than the plurality of primary fingers. The mat rolling machine may include at least one support member for guiding a mat along a path through the mat rolling machine, and at least one pusher for discharging a rolled mat from the rear of the mat rolling machine. The mat rolling machine may include a wrapper cartridge. The mat rolling machine may include a cutter-mechanism.
