10787334 · 2020-09-29 ·

An above-ground pool wall assembly apparatus is disclosed which allows the single handed mounting of the pool wall along the pool wall bottom rail. The rolled up pool wall is mounted on a turntable and kept upright by a plurality of retainer posts. As the wall is unreeled a series of guide posts help separate the unreeled portion of the wall from the roll and guide the wall into position on the bottom rail. As the pool wall is progressively mounted along the bottom rail, the apparatus can be kept in the proper position by wheeling the apparatus around the bottom rail in coordination with the progress of the installation.

A floating water mat reel that has a plurality of plates mounted to an axle. A floating water mat is selectively connected to the plates. A crank, connected to the axle is used to rotate the plates so that the mat wraps around the plate.

ADHERING JIG AND ADHERING METHOD

An adhering jig and an adhering method that can improve workability when adhering a film to an adherent. The adhering jig includes a film retaining portion (3), a pressing portion (4), and a guide member (2). The film retaining portion includes at least a first retaining portion (11) and a second retaining portion (12) that are separated from each other, and retains the film (51) by the first retaining portion and the second retaining portion. The pressing member presses the film retained by the retaining portion to a first side in a first direction. The guide member guides a movement of the pressing member between the first retaining portion and the second retaining portion of the film retaining portion, in a second direction that intersects the first direction.

A membrane pulling device includes an elongate frame and a lever coupled with the elongate frame at a fixed position joint. The fixed position joint is positioned within a middle section of the elongate frame. A plurality of step plates are attached to the elongate frame, including a back step plate and one or more front step plates. A forward fairlead is coupled with the elongate frame and includes two pulley wheels. Side arms may pivot out from the elongate frame to assist in use of the membrane pulling device when pulling a membrane at an angle to the orientation of the device, such as adjacent to a parapet wall.

Caulking assisting device

A caulking assisting device has of a fixed frame mounted to a filler coating-supplying device, a rolling part mounted to the fixed frame, a movable frame and an elastic element. The positioning frame has a pair of first limiting recesses and a pair of second limiting recesses. The movable frame is pivoted to the fixed frame and is rotatable, and a tapered roller is pivoted at the end of the movable frame. Meanwhile, the elastic element is disposed on the movable frame, while a positioning protrusion is located at both ends respectively. As a result, the tapered roller can be moved to a use position and a non-use position by the rotation of the movable frame, thereby switching between the rolling part and the tapered roller while in use.

DRYWALL TAPING TOOL

A taping tool is provided, the taping tool includes a housing, a spool disposed at one end of the housing, and a blade disposed at another end of the housing. The blade has a first end defining a first cutting tool and a second end defining a second cutting tool. The blade is retained by the housing in either a first configuration in which the first cutting tool projects from the housing or in a second configuration in which the second cutting tool projects from the housing.

CONVERTIBLE UTILITY KNIFE

A utility knife is provided for supporting a blade in use, the blade defining a cutting edge, the utility knife including a handle portion, a blade holder positioned proximate the handle and defining a longitudinal axis, the blade holder configured for retaining a blade, and a fastener for selectively retaining the blade within the blade holder in a plurality of orientations. In a first orientation the cutting edge extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the blade holder, and in a second orientation the cutting edge of the blade extends transverse to the longitudinal axis of the blade holder.

The device assists in rapid caulking of seams between adjacent material; a tape is provided in rolls. The tape has a pair of parallel perforated lines running lengthwise along the center of the tape; and the tape having a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on a bottom surface of said tape, the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating located between said perforated line and an exterior perimeter of said tape such that said tape is thereby comprised of three sections: a first adhesive section, a non-adhesive section and a second adhesive section, with the non-adhesive section defined by the perforated lines. The tape has an outwardly facing release coating such that the adhesive will releasably engage the top surface of the tape for manual separation of the tape when rolled upon itself. A crease is formed along the center of the tape to facilitate positioning of the tape in a wall corner. The tape also has a perforated removable center to be removed before caulking is applied.
