SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR SORTING VENEER SHEETS
The invention relates to a system for sorting veneer sheets. The system comprises: an assembly section; a reject section; a feeding section arranged between the assembly section and the reject section; at least one detection device configured to scan a top surface of a topmost veneer sheet of a stack of veneer sheets to provide a plurality of successive scan lines images; at least two parallel transfer devices; and a control system. The control system is configured to provide a surface scan image from the plurality of successive scan lines images, determine one or more properties of the veneer sheet based on the surface scan image, and to control the at least two transfer devices to: move from an avoidance position to a pick-up position determined based on the surface scan image; pick up the topmost veneer sheet of the stack of veneer sheets; and transfer the picked-up veneer sheet to the assembly section in response to detecting that each of the determined one or more properties of the veneer sheet meets a respective predetermined criterion, or otherwise transfer the picked-up veneer sheet to the reject section. The invention relates also to a method for sorting veneer sheets.
VENEER SHEET CONVEYING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
When a veneer conveyed out by a discharging conveyor is a product veneer, a sorting apparatus is rotationally driven to pierce the product veneer with needle-like bodies by a guide member and a push-up member (a rolling bearing). When the veneer conveyed out by the discharging conveyor is a trash veneer, the sorting apparatus is rotationally driven so that the trash veneer is not pierced by the needle-like body. With this configuration, the progress of the abrasion of the needle-like bodies can be delayed as compared with the configuration in which the product veneer and the trash veneer are both pierced by the needle-like body. As a result, the time to replace the needle-like bodies can be extended, whereby the running cost can be reduced.
Floor decoration tile manufacturing system for automatic storage and supply and automatic air duct type control of temperature
Disclosed is a floor decoration tile manufacturing system for automatic storage and supply and automatic air duct type control of temperature, the floor decoration tile manufacturing system including: a raw material supply unit configured to store a raw material for forming a lower sheet and a middle sheet; a lower sheet supply unit configured to form and supply the lower sheet; a middle sheet supply unit configured to supply the middle sheet bonded onto the lower sheet; a main roller configured to bond the lower sheet and the middle sheet, which have been supplied; a first sheet supply unit configured to supply a print sheet having a color or a pattern to the main roller; a second sheet supply unit configured to supply a transparent sheet, which is bonded onto the print sheet, to the main roller; and a control unit configured to control a tile manufacturing process through pressing the main roller by controlling the driving speeds of the raw material supply unit, the lower sheet supply unit, and the middle sheet supply unit and rotation of the main roller such that the print sheet and the transparent sheet which have been supplied to the upper side, to which the lower sheet and the middle sheet are bonded, are sequentially pressed, wherein the control unit controls the heating temperatures for the raw material, the lower sheet, the middle sheet, and the tile manufacturing sections.
VENEER MOVING APPARATUS
An apparatus for moving veneer includes a leaf spring having at lower tip end thereof sharpened edges and configured to move a veneer sheet toward its preceding stationary veneer sheet. Further lowering the leaf spring with the tip end already stuck in the veneer sheet causes the leaf spring to be resiliently deformed, which creates a force due to restoring force of the leaf spring that acts on the veneer sheet to move toward the preceding veneer sheet thereby to reduce or eliminate a gap between the two veneer sheets. Additional leaf spring movable with the above leaf spring and configured to hold the preceding veneer sheet during the movement may be provided.
Feed system for coating material
A system for feeding a coating material from at least one movable modular unit to a coating device is provided, the at least one movable modular unit being provided for the storage and provision of roll-type or coil-type coating material units including edge strips for applying to a narrow side of panel-type workpieces. A feed section holds and transports the coating material. A cassette unit guides the coating material provided by the feed section. A coupling section couples the at least one movable modular unit to the feed section, the at least one movable modular unit holding coating material units.
Flooring tile manufacturing apparatus
Provided is a flooring tile manufacturing apparatus includes: a lower sheet supply unit configured to form and supply a lower sheet; a middle sheet supply unit configured to supply a middle sheet joined to an upper side of the lower sheet; a raw material supply unit configured to supply materials having different contents of a filler to the lower sheet supply unit and the middle sheet supply unit; a main roller configured to join the lower sheet and the middle sheet that have been received; a first sheet supply unit configured to supply a print sheet having a color or a pattern to the main roller; a second sheet supply unit configured to supply a transparent sheet to the main roller; and an ultraviolet (UV) coating unit configured to form a UV coating layer on a surface of the transparent sheet.
Automated core veneer feeder and layer for manufacturing plywood
A method for manufacturing plywood includes receiving a face sheet on a main conveyor and feeding a plurality of pieces of core veneer onto a veneer conveyor by an automated core veneer feeder. The method also includes removing one or more of the plurality of pieces of core veneer from the veneer conveyor and placing the one or more of the plurality of pieces of core veneer onto the face sheet.
Apparatus for separating workpieces
Apparatus for separating workpieces which preferably consist at least in sections of wood, wood-based materials, plastic or the like, having a workpiece magazine with a magazine area for holding a plurality of workpieces, in particular a stack of workpieces, a discharge device for discharging a workpiece out of the workpiece magazine, characterized in that the apparatus has a feed device which is set up to feed at least one workpiece held in the workpiece magazine to the discharge device.
Veneer feeder head
A veneer feeder head used to peel a veneer sheet from a stack of veneer. A stationary head and an actuating head both contact the top veneer sheet and the actuating head moves into a peel state, where the one portion of the top veneer sheet is raised higher than another portion of the top veneer sheet. This peeling action separates the top veneer sheet from the next veneer sheet in the stack of veneer.
