CARTRIDGES, DISPENSERS, AND KITS FOR DISPENSING INSTRUMENT COVERS
A kit for dispensing disposable stethoscope covers and other instrument covers is provided. The kit may include a cartridge and a dispenser for automatic touch-free dispensing of disposable stethoscope covers. The kit further includes a first spool having a roll of backing member with disposable stethoscope covers disposed thereon and a second spool for receiving the spent backing member after a disposable stethoscope cover has been removed, self-contained within the cartridge. The cartridge is inserted within the dispenser so that a user may insert a stethoscope head through a window of the dispenser to attach to a disposable stethoscope cover. Alternatively, the cartridge or cassette may be comprised of disposable instrument covers so that a user may insert the instrument near or through the window of the dispenser for application of the instrument cover directly to the instrument. The kit may further include a proximity sensor for detecting a user.
Electronic component supply apparatus
An electronic component supply apparatus transports a component supply tape which has accommodation sections and sprocket holes formed at regular intervals and which accommodates electronic components in the accommodation sections and is covered with a cover tape, to a component picking-up position and supplies each of the electronic components accommodated in each of the accommodation sections to a component mounting apparatus. The electronic component supply apparatus includes an electronic component detecting unit that detects the electronic component accommodated in the accommodation section of the component supply tape which has yet to pass the cover tape processing unit on a transport path; a determination unit that determines presence or absence of an electronic component in the accommodation section based on information from the electronic component detecting unit; and a control unit that controls a component supply tape transport unit based on a determination result of the determination unit.
Splicing tape management system
A splicing tape management system includes, in executing properly the management of a time limit of a splicing tape, a first storage section configured to store an identification code of a splicing tape for splicing a first carrier tape and a second carrier tape together and a usable time limit of the splicing tape while associating them with each other, and a management section configured to manage the use of the splicing tape based on the identification code and the usable time limit that are stored in the first storage section. The usable time limit is a timing when the use of the splicing tape is to be halted, the timing being determined based on a production time and a usable period after production of the splicing tape or based on a starting time in use and a usable period after starting time of the splicing tape.
Automatic splicing device
A control device, that based on number one and number two component presence signals, respectively calculates number one and number two cutting points of number one and number two tapes from predetermined pitch of number one and number two cavities, and number one and number two distances between number one and number two detection positions and number one and number two cutting positions. By this, cutting points can be specified even when tapes have different pitches between cavities, and the tapes can be spliced reliably.
TAPE FEEDER
According to the present disclosure, a tape feeder includes a main body that is attached to a component mounter and has a tape traveling path which is a traveling path of a carrier tape; and a sprocket that is provided in the main body, causes an outer peripheral tooth to engage with a feed hole of the carrier tape, and rotates so as to perform pitch feeding of the carrier tape on the tape traveling path. The tape feeder includes a lock mechanism that has a press operation unit operated with pressing force, locks the sprocket in the main body in a state where the press operation unit is not operated, and unlocks the sprocket in a state where the press operation unit is operated.
Refill device for dispensing artificial eyelashes and refill for said device
A device for dispensing artificial eyelashes has a housing, a carrier strip to which a plurality of artificial eyelashes are fixed, and a movement mechanism capable of being actuated to cause the carrier strip to move in order to convey the artificial eyelashes towards an outside space of the housing. The device is equipped with a refill that is designed to be joined to the housing in a detachable manner. The refill has a plate, the carrier strip and the movement mechanism, the carrier strip and the movement mechanism being mounted on the plate. The invention further relates to a refill for such a device.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE REEL DEFORMATION PREVENTION APPARATUS
An apparatus for storing semiconductor devices includes a reel having a hub and at least two flanges along an axis of the reel. The flanges are spaced and face each other. The semiconductor devices, which typically are attached to a tape, are wound around the hub and between the flanges. At least one holding member is disposed between the flanges at the rim of the apparatus, which is the perimeter of the flanges, and abuts the inner surfaces of the flanges. The holding member prevents the flanges from being deformed during vacuum packing.
PART DETECTING DEVICE OF CARRIER TAPE AND PART FEEDING DEVICE
A part detecting device of a carrier tape includes a transporting passage, a part detector, and a biasing mechanism that presses the part detector against the carrier tape inside the transporting passage. The carrier tape is transported to the transporting passage. The part detector detects parts stored in storages which are formed on the carrier tape passing through the transporting passage at regular intervals.
DEVICE FOR FEEDING AND SUBSEQUENT STRIPPING OF BASE FILM CARRYING MATERIALS
A device for moving film-supported materials and removing the film at a process station includes a first base, a feeding tray, a driving member, a second base, a moving member, and a laser sensor. The feeding and stripping automatically conveys a raw material assembly. A gap exists between the second base and the first base, and only raw materials are passed over the gap. The raw material assembly comprises a base layer and a number of raw materials disposed on the base layer. The gap allows the raw material disposed on a bent portion of the base layer to separate from the base layer while the base layer itself is gathered to another destination.
SHEET PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A sheet processing system including: a sheet feeding station, configured to feed and place single and separate printed sheets, one at a time, on at least one continuous sheet, one printed sheet adjacent to the other with a front edge of one printed sheet of the separate printed sheets overlapping on top of or below a rear edge of its previously fed printed sheet; and a pressing roller configured to move the at least one continuous sheet, and to adhere the at least one continuous sheet on the printed sheets, thereby turning each one of the fed single and separate printed sheets into a continuous printed sheet (roll), thereby allowing utilizing a separated sheet printer for producing the printed roll.
