METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR WINDING STRAPS
An apparatus for winding straps comprises a motor having a shaft extending therefrom to a distal end, the shaft being rotatable thereby along a shaft axis and having a slot extending longitudinally therealong from the distal end. The apparatus further comprises a spool guide located proximate to the distal end of the shaft adapted to retain a strap on the shaft and a strap guide extending parallel to and spaced apart from the shaft axis.
Reel
A retractable strap apparatus includes a reel, an axle and a strap. The reel includes a bore axially made therein, a flat face located by the bore, and a slot made therein along a secant line so that the bore is separated from the slot. The axle includes a flat face. The axle is inserted in the bore so that the flat face of the axle is in contact with the flat face of the reel so that the axle is rotatable together with the reel. The strap includes an end directed through the slot and connected to another portion of the strap.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a strap dispenser configured to support a strap coil and to actively dispense strap from the strap coil; the strap dispenser comprises a frame (100), a strap-coil carriage (200) rotatably mounted to the frame and configured to support the strap coil, a dispenser actuator (350) operable to dispense strap from the strap coil and cause the strap-coil carriage to rotate relative to the frame, and a communication interface (400) operable to establish communication with an external strapping tool and, thereafter, to receive an instruction from the external strapping tool for controlling operation of the dispenser actuator.
Strap-winding and strap-coil-deforming system
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a strap-winding and strap-coil-deforming system (10) configured to wind a strap segment (S) into a coil and then deform the strap coil to render it more compact and to reduce the likelihood that it will uncoil during handling, storage, or transport. The deformed strap coil is introduced into a discharge chute (DC) to discharge it away from the strap-winding and strap-coil-deforming system (10) for further handling, storage, or transport.

A strap roller contains: a frame, a fixing post, a central shaft, a worm gear, a rotation element, a support rack, a worm, a manual crank, a cap, and a resilient locking spring. The frame includes a first fence and a second fence. The fixing post is defined between the first fence and the second fence. The central shaft is rotatably connected between the first fence and the second fence. The worm gear is fitted on the central shaft. The rotation element is fixed on the central shaft. The support rack is mounted on the frame and is located outside the first fence. The worm includes a first extension portion, a second extension portion, and a tooth portion. The manual crank is connected on the first extension portion. The cap is disposed on the first fence of the frame. The resilient locking spring is mounted on the cap.

The invention discloses a safely winding webbing and tensioning device controlled by inertia centrifugal force, which relates to the technical field of the tensioner, including a handle component, a base component and a long webbing; the handle component includes handles and ratchet wheels, and the base component includes a base, handles being pivotally and rotatably connected with the base through spiral spring shaft; one end of the spiral spring shaft is equipped with a centrifugal braking component, which includes a brake disc, a brake cover, brake pawls, and return pressure springs; the invention is reasonably designed, and is equipped with brake function to avoid swing of long webbing and injuring the operator, safeguarding safety of the operator; meanwhile, it's also equipped with handle limiting function, which has significantly improved smoothness and service life of using the tensioning device, with excellent practicability.
