Tape roll holder
A tape roll dispenser has a backplate, a spindle, a cutting surface, a tab, and a writing device holder. The spindle is an arcuate channel with a bottom trough that extends outwardly from the upper section of the backplate and a sidewall that is parallel to the backplate's plane. The cutting surface extends outwardly from the bottom section of the backplate, and the tab extends upwardly from a center section of the cutting surface between serrated edges at opposite sides. The writing device holder has a pair of posts connected to and extending outwardly from the external surface of the sidewall with a rod connected between the posts and alternative writing device holders can be attached to different locations on the spindle or to the backplate, the cutting surface, or the tab. The serrated edges have a longer tooth positioned between two sets of teeth.
Coating film transfer tool
The coating film transfer tool includes: a feeding core around which transfer tape is wound and that feeds a piece of transfer tape, the piece of transfer tape including a piece of base tape and a coating film that is provided on one surface of the piece of base tape; a transfer head that presses the coating film against a transfer target and transfers the coating film thereonto; a winding core that winds up the piece of base tape from which the coating film has been transferred; and an intermediate roller that rotates as the piece of transfer tape travels, in contact with a first surface of the piece of transfer tape fed from the feeding core, the first surface being a surface on which the coating film is not provided. A second surface of the intermediate roller is adhesive with respect to the first surface.
Random case sealer
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a random case sealer including a pneumatically-controlled top-head-actuating assembly configured to vary the speed of the top-head assembly when ascending (to make room for the case beneath the top-head assembly) and when descending onto the case (to engage the top surface of the case during sealing). The case sealer includes a pressure sensor that monitors the pressure of gas incoming from a gas source delivered to the top-head-actuating assembly via one or more valves. A controller controls the open level and/or the open time of the valves based on the pressure of the incoming gas to ensure the top-head-actuating assembly operates as desired regardless of whether the pressure of the incoming gas is equal to, below, or above a desired pressure. These features result in increased throughput compared to prior art random case sealers without requiring stronger cases or more protective dunnage.
TAPE DISPENSER
A tape dispenser having a handle, a base plate disposed at an end of the handle, a rotatable tape mount engaged on the base plate, a nose member disposed on the base plate, a cylinder rotatably engaged on the nose member near a cutter and a guide element is provided. The guide member is slidingly engaged on the base plate. The guide element is adjustable between a loading position which is slid rearward ly to provide space between a tape engaging end of the guide element and the nose member and a loaded position where the end of the guide element is located adjacent the nose member. A tape core support assembly can include a shaft secured to the frame and an axle assembly disposed about at least a portion of the shaft. The axle assembly includes a hub having an outer surface and at least three arcuate arms extending outwardly from the hub outer surface. An outer periphery of the arms forms a theoretical or actual cylinder configured to receive the tape core. The rotatable tape core support can include a stationary axle, a spring inclusive bushing mounted to said axle, and a rotatable tape mount. The rotatable tape mount can include a housing that receives the bushing such that the spring engages a surface of the housing to control rotation of the tape mount.
ERGONOMIC TAPE HOLDER AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an ergonomic tape holder onto which a roll of tape is mounted and secured. In particular, the ergonomic tape holder is a single-piece and unitary constructed apparatus having vertical towers disposed on a fixed based which prevents the roll of tape from shifting, rolling, or moving about the base.
TAPE AFFIXING APPARATUS
A tape affixing apparatus includes a frame support table for supporting an annular frame, a lifting and lowering unit for lifting and lowering the frame support table, a tape affixing unit, and a controller. The tape affixing unit includes a tape uncoiler, a tape take-up reel, and a presser roller movable from one end to the other end of the annular frame supported on the frame support table while pressing a tape paid out from the tape uncoiler to affix the tape to the annular frame. The controller positions the presser roller in a pressing position, affixes the tape to one end of the annular frame while applying tension to the tape, moves the presser roller toward the other end of the annular frame, and keeps the tension on the tape constant by lifting the frame support table in synchronism with the presser roller as it is moved.
System, apparatus, and method for unwinding a roll
An assembly is disclosed. The assembly has an adhesive layer, a protective film layer that is fused to a first side of the adhesive layer along a first length, and a cover layer that is fused to a second side of the adhesive layer along a second length. The first length is longer than the second length. The adhesive layer is wound in a roll. The second side of the adhesive layer faces outwardly from a center of the roll.
THREADLIKE ADHESIVE STICKING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF STICKING THREADLIKE ADHESIVE
A threadlike adhesive sticking apparatus of the present invention is an adhesive sticking apparatus that presses a threadlike adhesive wound around a winding body against an object while feeding out the threadlike adhesive, and includes an assist mechanism configured to apply an external force in a feeding direction to the threadlike adhesive fed out from the winding body, and a pressing unit configured to press the threadlike adhesive fed out from the winding body against the object.
TAPING HEAD
A taping head for taping a wire harness includes a base plate with a first aperture for receiving a wire harness. A tape dispenser with a second aperture is configured to rotate a roll of tape around the center of the first and second apertures. The taping head further includes a clamping unit configured to clamp a free end of the tape.
SEALING TAPE
A sealing tape to be used with a sealing device includes an adhesive surface to which an adhesive is applied and RFID tags are attached; and a non-adhesive surface being a back side of the adhesive surface. The sealing device includes a tape supply reel for supplying a sealing tape to which an RFID tag has been coupled; and a sealing part for sealing, with the sealing tape, an opening of a plastic packaging material holding a product, wherein the sealing part adheres the RFID tag, which is coupled to one end of the sealing tape having the length for one use, to an adhesive positioned on the other end portion of the sealing tape having the length for one use, wherein the RFID tag is broken by the adhesive strength with respect to the other end portion when the sealing tape sealing the plastic packaging material is torn.
