Elevator system and method with elevator link having integrated control lines
An elevator system for supporting tubulars having one or more elevator links with internal passages disposed through the elevator links to provide communication to and from the elevator.
EQUIPMENT SERVICE GRAPHICAL INTERFACE
An equipment service graphical interface is provided. An entity and an entity location of a plurality of equipment are identified. A data repository is accessed that includes a plurality of equipment servicing data associated with the equipment at the entity location. A map image is output on a graphical user interface including one or more icons indicating one or more equipment locations and status of the equipment based on the equipment servicing data from the data repository. One or more equipment status details are selectively displayed on the graphical user interface responsive to a detected user input action.
Processing service requests in a conveyance system
A method of processing a service request related to a conveyance system includes receiving the service request related to the conveyance system; determining whether the service request identifies the conveyance system as running or not running; upon determining that the service request identifies the conveyance system as not running determining whether a conveyance system status is accessible; when the conveyance system status is accessible, determining from the conveyance system status whether the conveyance system is operating properly; when the conveyance system status is not accessible, obtaining at least one input from the conveyance system and determining from the at least one input whether the conveyance system is operating properly.
DETECTING A PROBE REQUEST IN METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING AN ELEVATOR CAR
An elevator system with an elevator car includes a controller for the elevator car, at least one processor, and a wireless network access point. According to a method of controlling the elevator car, a portable device transmits a probe request, the portable device is carried by a passenger of the elevator system. The probe request contains at least a first probe request data set, the first probe request data set is of a first type. The wireless network access point detects the probe request. The at least one processor accesses data storage. In the data storage there is stored a plurality of passenger profiles. Each passenger profile of the plurality of passenger profiles contains a first profile data set of the first type and a second profile data set representing at least one destination floor.
ELEVATOR GROUP CONTROL DEVICE
A group control device according to the present disclosure includes a registration unit, a calculation unit, and a selection unit. The registration unit makes call registration for a boarding floor, a destination floor, and an allocated car when a user makes a hall destination call by a hall destination calling device. The calculation unit calculates an in-car stay time of the user for the hall destination call. The selection unit selects a past hall destination call as an alternative candidate for call registration for a new hall destination call, in a case where the past hall destination call which has already been registered by the registration unit, whose allocated car is different from a car allocated to the new hall destination call, and whose in-car stay time is shorter than the in-car stay time calculated by the calculation unit.
System and method for monitoring passengers and controlling an elevator system
Systems and methods for a radar-based viral transmission prevention for a protected space are disclosed. The system comprises a gateway screening system 104 configured for remotely screening subjects crossing a boundary of a protected space, an elevator monitoring system 106 configured for monitoring passengers using an elevator system and a social distance monitoring system 108 configured for monitoring social distancing compliance within the protected space. The system also includes a telemedical monitoring system 110 configured and operable for remotely measuring one or more parameters of a patient using a radar-based system. The system further includes a gesture recognition system 112 configured and operable to identify hand gestures remotely.
ELEVATOR AUTO-POSITIONING FOR VALIDATING MAINTENANCE
An elevator system is described. Aspects include an elevator shaft, an elevator car, and at least one camera, wherein the camera is operated by a controller. The controller configured to receive a maintenance request associated with the elevator system. The maintenance request is analyzed to determine an operational mode for the elevator car. The operational mode is enabled for the elevator car. The camera captures media associated with the elevator system responsive to enabling the operational mode for the elevator car.
Pneumatic elevator with pressure regulator
A pressure regulator includes a fluid transfer chamber defining one or more apertures. A flow control element is disposed within the fluid transfer chamber and is movable with respect to the fluid transfer chamber. An actuator is secured to the flow control element and is operable to move the flow control element with respect to the fluid transfer chamber to control fluid flow through the apertures in the fluid transfer chamber.
SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING EVACUATION STRATEGY USING OCCUPANT EVACUATION ELEVATOR, AND METHOD THEREOF
An evacuation strategy support system using an occupant evacuation elevator (OEE) capable of supporting an evacuation strategy so that information on a number of occupants is recognized by real-time occupant monitoring and thus occupants on each floor may use stairs and the occupant evacuation elevator to safely and quickly evacuate when a disaster situation occurs in a skyscraper and thus the occupants use the occupant evacuation elevator to evacuate, capable of monitoring occupant information on each floor in real time and supporting calculation of an evacuation capacity of the occupant evacuation elevator to establish an evacuation strategy to allow safe evacuation and early reaction in an overall skyscraper to be performed, and capable of optimizing the calculation of the evacuation capacity of the occupant evacuation elevator applicable to an initial stage of a design of the skyscraper, and a method thereof are provided.
SAFETY INSPECTION SYSTEM FOR OCCUPANT EVACUATION ELEVATOR, AND METHOD THEREOF
A safety inspection system of an occupant evacuation elevator capable of having a laser range finder installed on each of an elevator rope and an elevator guide rail of the occupant evacuation elevator of a skyscraper and checking a length and verticality of each of the elevator rope and the elevator guide rail measured from the laser range finder to monitor slight distortion or location variation in real time, and accordingly, capable of easily performing a safety inspection of the occupant evacuation elevator, capable of performing the safety inspection of the occupant evacuation elevator in real time to operate the occupant evacuation elevator again in an operation mode of the occupant evacuation elevator according to an occurrence of a disaster situation in the skyscraper, and accordingly, capable of safely and quickly evacuating occupants and a method thereof are provided.
