Multi-story structure package delivery system
A high rise structure multi-level delivery system comprises a vertical conveyor belt system having a plurality of trays configured to carry a specific delivery parcel to a specific floor of a high rise structure. The conveyor is mounted such that a bottom of the conveyor resides in a ground floor room of the high rise structure and a top resides in a roof room on a roof of the high rise structure. The conveyor is capable of being accessed via an interior room located at each level of the high rise structure.
Destination dispatch sectoring
A method of operating a building elevator system within a building having a plurality of floors including: controlling a building elevator system comprising a first elevator system having a first elevator car and a second elevator system having a second elevator car; determining one or more sectors for the plurality of floors in response to at least one of a time of day, manual input, a density of the down peak traffic, and whether there is simultaneous up peak or inter-floor traffic, the one or more sectors comprising a first sector having a first plurality of floors and a second sector having a second plurality of floors; assigning the first elevator car to the first sector; and assigning the second elevator car to the second sector.
Associated mobile elevator calls
A method of operating an elevator call control system comprising: receiving a first elevator call from a first individual carrying a first mobile device, the first elevator call including a destination request to travel from a first boarding floor to a first destination floor; determining that the first individual carrying the first mobile device is traveling with a second individual, wherein the second individual is traveling to a second destination floor; assigning an elevator car to the first elevator call; and scheduling the elevator car to transport the first individual carrying the first mobile device and the second individual together to at least one of a first destination floor and the second destination floor.
INDICATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR GENERATING AN INDICATION
The invention relates to an indication system for generating an indication. The system comprises: at least one indication device, at least one detection device configured to monitor at least one area inside a building to provide monitoring data, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to: detect based on the monitoring data obtained from the at least one detection device at least one predefined object with a specific need, and control the at least one indication device to generate a visual indication comprising guidance information to a gate device allocated for the detected at least one predefined object in response to the detection of the at least one predefined object. The invention relates also to a method for generating an indication.
System and method for calling elevator
A method of calling an elevator is provided. The method comprising: detecting, using a door lock, at least one status parameter of a door and the door lock operably associated with the door; transmitting, using the door lock, the at least one status parameter to a remote device; determining, using the remote device, whether to call an elevator in response to the at least one status parameter; transmitting, using the remote device, an elevator call request to a controller when it is determined to call an elevator; and moving, using the controller, an elevator to a floor where the door lock is located.
Elevator calls from a wearable based on health profile
A method of health profile based elevator calls is provided. The method is implemented by a system comprising an elevator. The system is in communication with a mobile device of a user. The system determines a distance between a lobby respective to the at least one elevator and the mobile device and acquires a health profile of the user from the mobile device. The system, then, determines a travel time based on the distance and the health profile. Next, the system executes an elevator call for the elevator with respect to the travel time.
Map on a phone used to find and operate public multi-user devices
A phone display, shows an internet map. The map allows a user to search for, and operate, multiuser public devices, such as, a hydrogen car fuelling station. The user finds the device, by viewing the device's location, and the phone's location on the map. For example, the phone searches for, and finds elevators, which are shown on the map. The user finds an elevator, by using the map. The user touches the elevator's displayed menu, to receive the elevator's menu's control panel. The received control panel, is displayed on the phone. The user requests the elevator move to the 4 floor, by touch activating a floor 4 icon, on the phone elevator panel. The phone, and elevator computer communicate, over the internet wirelessly, or wirelessly. The user avoids bacteria, that may be on a store's self serve check out machine's physical touch screen, by operating it with the phone.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING AN ELEVATOR CAR
An elevator control method is implemented by a computer and comprises: receiving a board request from a board-standby robot; determining a priority of the board-standby robot based on information relating to the board-standby robot and operation information of the elevator; and controlling operation of an elevator car based on the priority of board-standby robots and the priority of on-board robots within the elevator car.
TOUCHLESS ELEVATOR OPERATION
This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to touchless elevator. A device may detect a first touchless command received from a user, wherein the first touchless command is to control an elevator. The device may generate a feedback signal indicating a recognition of the first touchless command. The device may detect a second touchless command associated with moving the elevator to a designated floor in a building. The device may generate a signal to cause the elevator to move the designated floor.
FREESTANDING KOJO HELIPAD FOR VTOL FLYING CARS
A structure having a quadrilateral base; at least three or more support pillars that is configured to form the quadrilateral base; a landing pad; an elevator shaft; a waiting platform operably arranged at a top of the elevator shaft; a staircase, the staircase is operably arranged between the waiting platform and the landing pad that is operable for allowing a passenger to climb from the waiting platform to the landing pad; a plurality of support beams operably arranged to support the waiting platform, staircase, and/or landing pad; a base guardrail operably arranged to protect the quadrilateral base; and an inlet passage arranged at a base of the elevator shaft, wherein the structure is a freestanding landing helipad platform that is configured to be operable for vertical takeoff and landing of at least one of a flying car and flying car taxi services.
