OVERSPEED GOVERNOR FOR A STAIRLIFT
An overspeed governor for a stairlift includes a governor frame mountable to a carriage of a stairlift. A wheel is engageable with a rail of the stairlift along which the carriage is moveable. Translation of the carriage along the rail is transformed into rotation of the wheel or vice versa. A safety braking device has a braking surface movable between a first position and a third position. In the first position the braking surface is not allowed to engage the rail. A braking member is coupled to the wheel such that when said wheel rotates at a speed at or above a predetermined threshold, the braking member is moved from the first position to the third position. In the third position the braking surface engages said rail with a braking force to stop movement of the carriage along the rail. A soft landing means gradually slows movement of the carriage.
Elevator overspeed governor with automatic reset
A method of remotely tripping an overspeed assembly of a governor assembly includes generating a signal to indicate remote trip, applying power to an actuator, contacting a tripping lever with a movable member operably coupled to the actuator to rotate the tripping lever out of contact with an adjacent swing jaw, and biasing the swing jaw into contact with a ratchet disc capable of limited rotation in response to the tripping lever.
Traction machine and lifting equipment
The present application relates to the technical field of lifting equipment, and provides a traction machine and a lifting equipment. The traction machine includes traction pulleys, traction ropes driven by the traction pulleys and fixed pulleys for changing directions of the traction ropes. The fixed pulley is provided with a sensor sensing member rotating with the fixed pulley, a traction machine sensor is arranged beside the fixed pulley; the traction machine sensor is configured to detect a rotation speed of the sensor sensing member, and send the rotation speed to a controller of the traction machine; the controller controls a rotation of the traction pulley according to detected data of the traction machine sensor. Since this kind of traction machine is provided with the sensor sensing member and the traction machine sensor, it is capable of detecting whether the traction machine has an abnormal operation, and stopping the traction machine immediately in an abnormal state.
Safety link with pulley
A safety link for an elevator car traveling in an elevator hoistway includes a hitch bracket slidably mounted to the elevator car frame so as to be movable in the moving directions of the elevator car and biased toward the downward movement direction of the elevator car in normal operating condition, the hitch bracket connected to the governor rope, and a pulley rotatably mounted to the hitch bracket and including an actuation wire wrapped around the pulley and connected to a safety device.
Governor assembly and elevator system
A governor assembly and an elevator system. The governor assembly includes: a stationary shaft; a sheave arranged on the stationary shaft and rotatable on the stationary shaft; a core ring arranged on one side of the sheave on the stationary shaft and associated with a safety apparatus; and a lock mechanism including a plurality of rockers, wherein each rocker includes a first end pivotably connected to the sheave and a second end connected to a respective roller, the plurality of rockers are connected by connecting rods such that the plurality of rockers can be pivoted synchronously between a first position where the respective roller is separated from the core ring and a second position where the respective roller is jointed to the core ring, and in the second position, each roller rotates along with the sheave to drive the core ring, thus triggering the mounting apparatus.
Speed limiting system, releasing device, speed limiting system for elevator and elevator
A speed governing system, a releaser, an elevator speed governing system, and an elevator. The speed governing system comprises a speed governor for detecting an overspeed condition of a motion device, and a releaser connected to the speed governor. The releaser comprises: a housing; at least one positioning pin having a section that is disposed in the housing and at least partially constructed to have an arc-shaped outline; and a releasing component passing through the housing and provided with a groove on its portion located in the housing, wherein the groove is constructed to be adaptable to the arc-shaped outline, for accommodating the section to fix the releasing component relative to the housing, and be separated from the section when the speed governor detects the overspeed condition and moves the releasing component relative to the housing.
Elevator overspeed governor with automatic reset
A governor assembly is provided including a sheave rotatably mounted on a shaft and a ratchet disc mounted on the shaft. Rotation of the ratchet disc is restricted. An overspeed assembly includes a swing jaw mounted to the sheave. The swing jaw is movable between a normal position and a tripped position. The swing jaw is biased into the tripped position. When the swing jaw is in the tripped position, rotation of the sheave in a first direction is restricted. A tripping lever is pivotally mounted to the sheave and is configured to cooperate with the swing jaw. Rotation of the sheave in a second, opposite direction is configured to automatically move the swing jaw against its bias to the normal position.
DETACHABLE CENTRIFUGAL BRAKE FOR LIFT EQUIPMENT
A detachable centrifugal brake (1) provided for lift equipment, comprising a central core (2) linked to a rotation shaft attached to motor means, an inner drum (4) having a contact surface provided to come into contact with brake elements which act due to the effects of centrifugal force. Furthermore, releasable coupling means are provided for locking/unlocking the inner drum (4) with respect to a stationary portion externally enveloping the inner drum (4), such that in a first operating position the inner drum (4) is integrally coupled to the outer drum while in a second operating position the inner drum (4) is free to rotate on its own shaft by means of the arrangement of rotation means. The coupling means include actuation means which act on the coupling means.
Ring assembly for elevator governor, governor and elevator system
The present invention provides a core ring assembly for an elevator governor, a governor and an elevator system, wherein the core ring assembly comprises: a first portion and a second portion of a core ring which are axially arranged, the first portion and the second portion of the core ring having contact surfaces therebetween; and a pressure generation mechanism for generating a pressure between the first portion and the second portion of the core ring, wherein the first portion of the core ring rotates by receiving an actuation torque from an over-speed actuating mechanism, and the second portion of the core ring rotates with the first portion of the core ring by virtue of friction of the contact surfaces and enables a safety activating module. The core ring assembly provided by the embodiment of the present invention has a peak torque limiting function and a compact structure.
