Sliding guide shoe for an elevator
A sliding guide shoe for an elevator includes a guide shoe housing and a two-part insert inserted into the guide shoe housing. The insert includes a damping element and a sliding element for guiding an elevator car or a counterweight.
Guide device with gib wear detector
A guide device is operable to be connected to a hoisted object to aid in guiding the hoisted object relative to a guide member. The guide device includes a shoe, a gib, and a wear detector. The shoe is operable to be connected to the hoisted object. The gib is operable to be connected to the shoe. The gib is operable to contact the guide member when the hoisted object is moved relative to the guide member. The gib is operable to experience an amount of wear as a result of the contact between the gib and the guide member. The wear detector is disposed relative to the gib and the guide member. The wear detector is operable to detect when the amount of wear experienced by the gib reaches a predetermined threshold.
STABILIZING DEVICE OF ELEVATOR CAR
A stabilization apparatus of an elevator car includes: a base fixedly mounted with respect to the elevator car; an upper swing arm and a lower swing arm disposed in parallel basically, first ends thereof being pivotably fixed to the base; a guide rail friction member capable of generating, with the guide rail, a frictional force for keeping static with respect to the guide rail, and having a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft for being connected to the upper swing arm and the lower swing arm respectively; and a damper having at least one end connected to the upper swing arm or the lower swing arm, wherein the damper is configured to at least partially prevent the upper swing arm and the lower swing arm from relatively swinging, with the first connecting shaft and/or the second connecting shaft as a swinging pivot.
Elevator system with counterweight
A counterweight assembly for an elevator system includes a counterweight and a guide shoe affixed to the counterweight, the guide shoe extending continuously and unbroken along a vertical length of the counterweight. A counterweight guide system for an elevator system includes a plurality of first counterweight guide brackets secured in a hoistway at a first side of a counterweight and interactive with a first guide shoe affixed to the counterweight. A plurality of second counterweight guide brackets are secured in the hoistway at a second side of the counterweight opposite the first side and interactive with a second guide shoe affixed to the counterweight. Two or more first counterweight guide brackets are engaged with the first guide shoe during travel of the counterweight along the hoistway.
Sliding guide shoe, counterweight equipped with sliding guide shoes, and elevator system
A sliding guide shoe for guiding a counterweight includes a single-piece guide element made of a plastic material. The guide element has an engagement element that extends in the longitudinal direction and can be brought into interlocking engagement in a cutout formed in a yoke of a counterweight frame. The guide element further includes a collar engaging around the cutout and forming a stop for positionally securing the guide element, the collar adjoining the engagement element.
Elevator counterweight device
In an elevator counterweight device, a frame body includes a first stile, a second stile, a crosshead provided between upper portions of the stiles, and a plank provided between lower portions of the stiles. On both sides of the frame body in a width direction thereof, a plurality of guide devices are provided. Each of the crosshead and the plank is coupled to the first stile and the second stile so as to be pivotable. Each of the guide devices is displaceable in the width direction of the frame body and a thickness direction of the frame body relative to the frame body, and is pivotable about an axis parallel to a vertical direction of the frame body as a center.
Stacker crane
A stacker crane includes a platform disposed between a pair of front and back masts disposed in a vertical direction. The platform includes a horizontal frame with a transfer device mounted thereon and vertical frames extending from front and back ends of the horizontal frame along the masts. The platform is raised or lowered with the vertical frames suspended. The vertical frames each include a pair of first guide rollers sandwiching one of the masts in a lateral direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to a front-back direction and are each connected to the horizontal frame to be rotatable with respect to the horizontal frame using the lateral direction as an axis.
ELEVATOR CAR GUIDANCE MECHANISM
A guidance mechanism for an elevator car is constructed and arranged to move along a lane defined at least in-part between two opposing first and second lane structures of a stationary structure. The guidance mechanism includes a first support structure supported by the first lane structure. The first support structure includes a first retainer face disposed between the elevator car and the first lane structure that substantially faces the first lane structure, and is spaced from the first lane structure. A first retention device of the mechanism is disposed, at least in part, between the first retainer face and the first lane structure. The first retention device is supported by the elevator car and is constructed and arranged to contact the first retainer face for limiting lateral movement of the elevator car away from the first lane structure and toward the second lane structure.
SLIDING GUIDE SHOE AND ELEVATOR
Sliding guide shoe for guiding a moving component in an elevator shaft, and an elevator comprising said sliding guide shoe. The sliding guide shoe comprises a frame part, comprising a supporting surface, and a sliding part disposed to be supported by the supporting surface. The supporting surface and the sliding part have contact through contact points where the supporting surface of the frame part is in contact with the outer surface of the sliding part. Said contact points are constituting a minor fraction of the corresponding surface of said outer surface of the sliding part and providing for at least one of the supporting surface and the sliding part capability to bend for absorbing guide rail imperfections.
Sliding guide shoe and an elevator provided with a sliding guide shoe
A sliding guide shoe includes at least a body part, which includes at least a slide pad space for a slide pad as well as at least one fixing part for fixing the sliding guide shoe to its base. The body part is essentially the same in its cross-sectional profile throughout its whole length. An elevator is also provided with the sliding guide shoe.
