Bird Collision Prevention Device and Method
A device and method for protecting a window or other apparatus or location from birds or other pests. The device utilizes lights, motion, and/or sounds to chase away the pests once the pests are detected. For example, birds approaching a window can be detected and the device using light, sound, and/or motion to chase the birds off to avoid a collision with the window.

Perching and roosting deterrent
A system and apparatus for deterring birds from perching or roosting on manmade structures includes one or more resilient members supporting interconnecting or cantilevered elongated members. The resilient members and elongated members are arrayed over the structure to be protected and are tuned such that an attempt by a bird to perch on any one of the elongated members causes vigorous motion of the elongated members and resilient members, frightening the bird away.

Broken wing bird effigy
Systems, devices, apparatus and methods for deterring birds and other animals from structures such as but not limited to cell towers, communications towers, buildings and areas to be protected. A broken wing effigy of the species to be deterred is suspended from an upper suspending structure and a lower suspending structure. The effigy body and wing appendage can each be molded or otherwise produced from rubber, plastic, or any other suitable material. Hangers can be attached to structures such as towers, buildings and the like. A C shaped hanger can be used for hanging an effigy which allows for the effigy to be able to move, such as rotate and simulate a live bird. Hanging linkages between the hanger and a molded bird body, can allow for a plurality of rotation movements there between. Wing linkages between the molded bird body and a molded wing can allow for an additional plurality of rotation movements there between.
BIRD SPIKE
A bird spike is provided, including a base, wherein a first mounting seat is arranged on the base; and a first spike component, wherein the first spike component is detachably connected to the first mounting seat. Through the above structure, the bird spike includes the base that is provided with the first mounting seat for mounting the first spike component, and the first spike component is detachably connected to the first mounting seat, so that the first spike component can be replaced or removed when damaged or needing to be cleaned, which prolongs a service life of the bird spike, improves the maintenance convenience of the bird spike, and reduces waste of resources.

COLONY NEST EXPELLER
Disclosed is an improved poultry nest structure that includes an expeller mechanism that can be actuated to urge any birds that are in the interior space toward the entry/exit opening and leave the nest. The expeller mechanism includes an expeller panel that is provided in the interior space and configured to be actuated in a rotating manner to push or direct the birds to leave the nest where the expeller panel is attached to and hangs from a rotating axle that is connected to at least one arm so that the arm can be actuated to rotate the expeller panel about the rotating axle to direct the birds to leave the nest.

Ultraviolet (UV) absorbing inks and films
Ultraviolet (UV) absorbing inks and films for surfaces such as glass and/or plastic are provided that include patterns visible to avian eyes, but invisible to a human at least ten feet away. Such invention is aimed at reducing the number of window strikes that result in bird deaths. A formulation may include a binder, a carrier. A formulation may include a base configured to dissolve and solubilize the binder such that it can be applied to the carrier. A formulation may include at least one of an ultraviolet (UV)/visible (VIS) absorbing (UAC) component and a UV/VIS reflective (URC) component.
