Bird-nesting prevention device
The bird-nesting prevention device is a mechanical structure. The bird-nesting prevention device is configured for use with a porch roof. The porch roof further comprises with a column. The column further comprises with a capital. The capital comprises the elements of the column that attach to the porch roof. The bird-nesting prevention device forms a barrier that prevents one or more birds from nesting on the capital of the column. The bird-nesting prevention device comprises a master prism structure and a bird's mouth cut. The bird's mouth cut is a negative space formed in the master prism structure. The bird's mouth cut attaches the master prism structure to the capital using a bird's mouth joint. The master prism structure forms a barrier that prevents the one or more birds from nesting on the capital of the column.
BIRD EXCREMENT SHIELDS FOR ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION TOWERS
A shield system for an electric power transmission tower includes a plurality of panels configured to be secured to a cross-arm structure of the tower in adjacent, end-to-end arrangement so as to overlie insulators supported by the tower and prevent excrement from birds nesting and/or congregating on the tower from contacting and accumulating on the insulators. Each panel has opposite ends and opposite lateral edges extending between the opposite ends. A plurality of spaced-apart apertures are formed in each panel adjacent each of the lateral edges and at least one of the ends, and each aperture is configured to receive a respective fastener therethrough for securing the panel to the cross-arm structure. Each panel has a shape that generally conforms to a shape of a portion of the cross-arm structure to which the panel is secured.

Bird deterring structure and method
Systems, devices, apparatus and methods for deterring birds and other animals from structures such as but not limited to cell towers, communications towers, buildings and areas to be protected. An effigy of the species to be deterred is suspended from an upper suspending structure and a lower suspending structure. The effigy can be molded or otherwise produced from rubber, plastic, or any other suitable material. The effigy can contain an internal supporting structure attached to a first cable and a second cable for suspending from the suspending structures. Either of the cables, or both, can include tensioning lines. Other embodiments include hangers and stands that can be attached to structures such as towers, buildings and the like. A C shaped hanger can be used for hanging an effigy which allows for the effigy to be able to move, such as rotate and simulate a live bird. A stand can allow for the effigy to pivot up and down which can simulate beak rising and falling, as well as the entire effigy being able to rotate in place.
ELECTRICITY GENERATING MODULE
An electricity production module comprising at least one photovoltaic panel (P), characterized in that it further comprises scaring means (E) for chasing away animals, and in particular birds, and detection means (D) capable of detecting the presence of animals that are close to or on the photovoltaic panel (P), the detection means (D), in the presence of an animal, delivering a presence signal capable of triggering the scaring means (E).
Broken wing bird effigy
Systems, devices, apparatus and methods for deterring birds and other animals from structures such as but not limited to cell towers, communications towers, buildings and areas to be protected. A broken wing effigy of the species to be deterred is suspended from an upper suspending structure and a lower suspending structure. The effigy body and wing appendage can each be molded or otherwise produced from rubber, plastic, or any other suitable material. Hangers can be attached to structures such as towers, buildings and the like. A C shaped hanger can be used for hanging an effigy which allows for the effigy to be able to move, such as rotate and simulate a live bird. Hanging linkages between the hanger and a molded bird body, can allow for a plurality of rotation movements there between. Wing linkages between the molded bird body and a molded wing can allow for an additional plurality of rotation movements there between.
Vineyard fruit protection apparatus and process
A removable netting system includes a netting tunnel adapted to be placed surrounding the fruit along a row of multiple vines without touching the fruit, thus protecting vine fruit from destruction by birds. The netting tunnel includes a pair of nets joined along top and bottom edges and rings which maintain the netting tunnel along the row of multiple vines.
Attachment clip, overland distribution line cover assembly, and method for installing an overland distribution line cover to an overland distribution line
An attachment clip for an overland distribution line cover includes an eye receiving an electrical line, an opening for insertion of the electrical line, an intermediate section connecting the opening with the eye, and a snap-fit member fixing the attachment clip to the overland distribution line cover.
AVIAN STREAMER DETERRENT FOR ELECTRIC POWER LINE SUPPORT STRUCTURES
An avian streamer deterrent system includes an electric power line support structure coupled to a plurality of conducting wires. Each conducting wire of the plurality of conducting wires is coupled to an insulator. At least one avian streamer deterrent is disposed above the insulator of at least one of the conducting wires of the plurality of conducting wires. The at least one avian streamer deterrent may be disposed on a that is absent an insulator and situated above the plurality of conducting wires. The at least one avian streamer deterrent or an additional avian streamer deterrent may extend over one or more jumpers coupling at least a first conducting wire of the plurality of conducting wires to a second conducting wire of the plurality of conducting wires. In addition, the at least one avian streamer deterrent may comprise a rotatable configuration or a collapsible configuration.
Devices and methods for repelling avian pests
A device for deterring avian pests includes first and second spikes, each having a terminal retention feature held within an injection molded base. The spikes are preferably arranged in a radial fashion, extending outward from the molded base.
