ULTRAVIOLET (UV) ABSORBING INKS AND FILMS FOR GLASS
Ultraviolet (UV) absorbing inks and films for surfaces such as glass and/or plastic are provided that include patterns visible to avian eyes, but invisible to a human at least ten feet away. Such invention is aimed at reducing the number of window strikes that result in bird deaths. A formulation may include a binder, a carrier. A formulation may include a base configured to dissolve and solubilize the binder such that it can be applied to the carrier. A formulation may include at least one of an ultraviolet (UV)/visible (VIS) absorbing (UAC) component and a UV/VIS reflective (URC) component.
Bird Nest Prevention Device
A bird nest prevention device is provided. The device is comprised of a deformable body that can be placed in openings of an outdoor structure where birds desire to nest. As a result, the device prevents said birds from nesting and also prevents the owner of the structure from constantly monitoring and destroying bird nests.

Bird Deterrent With Insertion Molded Metal Spikes
The present invention provides deterrent devices for birds and other animals. The device includes a plurality of wires/spikes insertion molded into an elongated plastic base. Each of the wires extends out left and right sides of the base, with alternating angles between 50 and 90°. The bends of at least three sequential wires on the left side of the base are substantially colinear, and the bends of at least three sequential wires on the right side of the base are substantially colinear.

Bird excrement shields for electric power transmission towers
A shield system for an electric power transmission tower includes a plurality of panels configured to be secured to a cross-arm structure of the tower in adjacent, end-to-end arrangement so as to overlie insulators supported by the tower and prevent excrement from birds nesting and/or congregating on the tower from contacting and accumulating on the insulators. Each panel has opposite ends and opposite lateral edges extending between the opposite ends. A plurality of spaced-apart apertures are formed in each panel adjacent each of the lateral edges and at least one of the ends, and each aperture is configured to receive a respective fastener therethrough for securing the panel to the cross-arm structure. Each panel has a shape that generally conforms to a shape of a portion of the cross-arm structure to which the panel is secured.

Bird repellent system
A bird repellent system includes a post assembly and a fastening assembly. The post assembly includes one or more posts that protrude from a base portion. A stabilizer extends perpendicularly from the base portion or from the fastening assembly and is configured to counter a torque or force acting on the post assembly.

INTEGRAL BIRD ANTI-MIGRATION PANEL
An integral bird anti-migration panel is provided, which is conformed by a plurality of arches in a stepped pyramidal shape, spaced apart equidistantly from each other; a plurality of crossbars integrally joined to the sides of said plurality of arches to form a single element, wherein the union of said arches and crossbars form reticles of different dimensions, wherein the reticle of smaller dimension is located at the bottom of said panel and is designed to prevent small birds from entering inside said panel, and wherein the upper crossbar is ondulated to prevent the perching or resting of the birds thereon; and wherein the union of the lower crossbar and the lower ends of the arches forms a support base for the anti-migration panel; and wherein said lower cross member comprises a plurality of projections, which are configured to be buried in the ground and prevent the anti-migration panel from moving out of place.
