Modular unmanned line/tool emplacement (MULE) hook
A hook assembly includes a first hook having a first open end and a second hook having a second open end. The first hook is parallel to the second hook where the first open end is adjacent to the second open end. Extensions extend from each of the first hook and the second hook. The extensions extend perpendicular to a hook plane of the first hook and the second hook members. The first hook is a mirror image of the second hook. A hinge connects the first hook to the second hook. The hinge is located at an opposite end of the hook from where the extensions are located. A resilient member exerts a constant force at the hinge to bias the first hook and the second hook toward an open position.
Hoist system for retrofitting small scissor lift to access enclosed areas in building structure
A portable hoist assembly is mounted on a scissor lift. The hoist includes an elongate cable wound on a shaft. The cable has proximate and distal ends. A pulley is mounted on the cable intermediate the proximate and distal ends. In use, the pulley is secured to the ceiling of a building structure.

Loft block with aligned sheaves
A lift system configured to lift an article (e.g., a batten). The lift system includes a first cable configured to be coupled to the article, a second cable configured to be coupled to the article, a drive mechanism coupled to the first cable and the second cable and operable to raise and lower the article, a first loft block including a first loft sheave to redirect the first cable from a first substantially horizontal axis to a first substantially vertical axis, and a guide member to direct the second cable along a second substantially horizontal axis. The lift system further includes a second loft block including a second loft sheave to redirect the second cable from the second substantially horizontal axis block to a second substantially vertical axis.

Transport Vehicle
A transport vehicle for transporting a transportation-target object to a placement location that is provided at a lower position, includes: a supporting portion configured to support the transportation-target object; a lifting/lowering portion configured to lift and lower the transportation-target object in a suspended state; and a weight detecting portion configured to detect a weight of the transportation-target object, wherein a lowering speed of the transportation-target object is increased after a detection value that is detected by the weight detecting portion while the transportation-target object is being lowered by the lifting/lowering portion in a state where the transportation-target object is supported by the supporting portion has become smaller than or equal to a first set value, and thereafter, the supporting of the transportation-target object by the supporting portion is canceled after the suspending of the transportation-target object by the lifting/lowering portion has been canceled.
Cargo Vessel Lid Lifting System
An apparatus including a base, a guide arm pivotable relative to the base, the guide arm movable between a raised position and a lowered position. A tension linkage having a distal end extending away from the base, the tension linkage supported by the guide arm when the arm is in the raised position. A tension linkage guide disposed on the guide arm, the tension linkage guide movable along the tension linkage as the guide arm moves between raised and lowered positions. A lid hook connected to the distal end of the tension linkage. When the lid hook is engaged with a cargo vessel lid, the tension linkage forms a first tension angle and a second tension angle when the guide arm is in the raised position and the lowered position respectively, the second tension angle being less than the first tension angle.

Transport device
The distance between a pair of fall prevention members can be adjusted by causing the pair of fall prevention members to be linearly moved in mutually opposite directions along the spaced-apart direction along which the pair of fall prevention members are spaced apart from each other. A distance adjustment actuator portion is configured to be able to adjust the distance between the pair of fall prevention members to any of a distance for retraction greater than a width of a larger transported object in the spaced-apart direction; a distance for the larger transported object which is less than the distance for retraction and which corresponds to the width of the larger transported object in the spaced-apart direction; and a distance for the smaller transported object which is less than the distance for the larger transported object and which corresponds to a width of the smaller transported object in the spaced-apart direction.
