A trolley assembly for overhead track testing is provided. In one example embodiment, a trolley assembly includes an idle roller that rotates about a first axis, a first top roller coupled to a first end of the idle roller via a first trolley upright support, and a second top roller coupled to a second end of the idle roller via a second trolley upright support. The trolley assembly includes a cantilever coupled to the idle roller. The trolley assembly includes a driveshaft coupled to a first end of the cantilever. The trolley assembly includes at least one motor coupled to the drive shaft.

Trolley for a lifting device

A trolley for a lifting device with lifting gear arranged on a support frame and wheels which are mounted on the support frame, via which the trolley can be moved on a support, and at least one first wheel of which is mounted on an axle. The axle can be driven together with the wheel by means of a drive motor. The trolley provides a reliable transmission of drive forces between the wheels and the rail with the drivable first wheel connected to at least one of the other wheels in a driving manner via a flexible drive such that the axle is arranged between the drive motor and the flexible drive and thus the flexible drive is connected downstream of the axle in a driving manner so that the flexible drive can be driven by the axle.

Slider for use with a crane

An embodiment is directed to a slider and method for moving a hoist on a crane. The slider includes a hoist support member and mounting arms. The mounting arms extend from either end of the support member. A portion of each mounting arm is spaced from the support member to form a flange receiving slot which is dimensioned to receive a flange a beam of the crane. The slider is provided with a resilient member to resiliently maintain the slider in a position in which the slider is movable relative to a beam of the crane when no load is applied to the slider. The resilient member is compressed when a load is applied to the slider to allow the slider to frictionally engage the beam to prevent the slider from continued movement relative to the beam.

Rope hoist

A rope hoist which hoists and lowers a cargo via a wire rope includes: a frame structure which rotatably supports a wheel; a rope drum mechanism which is provided on one side of the frame structure in a width direction, and includes a drum motor which rotates the rope drum; a counterweight which is provided on another side of the frame structure in the width direction and is arranged in a state of having a space with respect to the frame structure; and a control unit which is attached to a side of the counterweight opposite to the rope drum mechanism in the width direction and inverter-controls the drum motor, to the rope drum mechanism side of the counterweight, a braking resistor part which processes regenerative electric power in the inverter control is attached in a state of being located in the space.

Low-construction trolley for wire rope hoist

A low-construction hoist for a wire rope hoist is arranged to move along a lower flange of a horizontal beam or rail. The trolley includes a trolley frame; bearing wheels, which are fixed to the trolley body and arranged to move on the upper surface of the lower flange of the rail, a hoisting mechanism including a rope drum for a hoisting rope, a hoisting member in cooperation with the hoisting rope for hoisting a load, and a hoisting motor for driving the rope drum; whereby the rope drum is supported to a first side of the trolley frame so that the axle of the rope drum is parallel to the rail, and the hoisting member is arranged to move under the rail; whereby the hoisting rope is led from the rope drum to a fixing point in the trolley frame through at least a rope pulley arrangement of the hoisting member, whereby the fixing point of the hoisting rope to the trolley frame is located in the longitudinal direction of the trolley outside the end of the rope drum, or outside the vertical plane which is transverse in relation to the rail or beam and passing through the end of the rope drum.
