A load-handling crane, and a system and method are provided for operating the load-handling crane having a hoist movable by means of a drive of the crane and a handling device for operating the crane. The handling device is fastened to a liftable and lowerable suspension element of the hoist and having a sensor system for determining an orientation of the suspension element, or of a part fastened to the suspension element, or of the handling device, or of a load-handling attachment. The system further has an operating element that cooperates with the sensor system such that, when the operating element is actuated, a control command for activating the drive is able to be triggered, resulting in the hoist being movable by means of the drive in a direction of travel, with the direction of travel being dependent on an orientation determined by means of the sensor system.

A load-handling crane, and a system and method are provided for operating the load-handling crane having a hoist movable by means of a drive of the crane and a handling device for operating the crane. An informing device is an informing device mounted on a work vehicle that includes a lower base body, and a swivel body swivelably provided at the lower base body. The informing device includes a first detection unit that detects the actual amount of rotation of a drive device which swivels the swivel body or a driven part driven by the drive device, and a notification unit that issues a notification regarding information corresponding to the amount of rotation detected by the first detection unit.

An informing device is an informing device mounted on a work vehicle that includes a lower base body, and a swivel body swivelably provided at the lower base body. CRANE CONTROLLER
A crane controller for controlling travel movements of a crane, in particular a portal crane. The crane controller includes control electronics and at least one input device, connected to the control electronics, having a grip part, a main axis of the grip part is swivellable together with the grip part in at least two swivel directions oriented, in particular orthogonally, in relation to one another, and the control electronics are able to generate electrical signals, for actuating at least one actuator of the crane, on the basis of an adjustment of the grip part relative to an original position of the grip part. The grip part has its main axis additionally displaceable in at least two, preferably three, different displacement directions relative to the original position and/or is rotatable about the main axis, and the control electronics generate electrical signals for actuating the at least one actuator of the crane.
