Tiltable and rotatable lifting pole assembly
A lifting pole assembly configured for removable attachment to a tower comprising a lifting pole, a bottom bracket assembly, a top bracket assembly and vertical tilt means. The lifting pole has a lower end and an upper end. The bottom bracket assembly includes a first end attached to the tower and a second end attached to the lifting pole proximal to the lower end thereof. Similarly, the top bracket assembly includes a first end attached to the tower at a position above the point where the bottom bracket is attached to the tower and a second end attached to the lifting pole at a position above the point where the bottom bracket is attached to the lifting pole. The vertical tilt means enables the lifting pole to pivot in the vertical plane about a point proximal to the connection between the bottom bracket and the lower end of the lifting pole. Horizontal pivot means for enabling the lifting pole to pivot in the horizontal plane relative to the tower may also be provided. The horizontal pivot means includes a bottom mount bracket of the bottom bracket assembly having a first end removably attached to the tower and a second end pivotally attached to a bottom swivel pivot bracket by a bottom swivel bolt connection.
FASTENING DEVICE FOR FASTENING AT LEAST ONE SOLAR COLLECTOR, METHOD FOR FASTENING A SOLAR COLLECTOR, AND METHOD FOR DISMOUNTING A SOLAR COLLECTOR
The present invention relates to a fixing device 1 for fixing at least one solar collector 2 to a site of installation 3, preferably to a pylon 4, wherein the fixing device 1 comprises a collector pedestal 5 for the at least one solar collector 2 that can be fixed to the pylon 4, a reversing device 6 that can detachably be fixed to the pylon 4, a winch device 7, a lift body 8 that is moveable along the pylon 4, and a hauling element 9, wherein the hauling element 9 with a first end 10 is fixed to the winch device 7 and with a second end 11 is fixed to the lift body 8, wherein the hauling element 9 between the first end 10 and the second end 11 is at least partially guided at the reversing device 6, wherein the hauling element 9 is fixed to the winch device 7 such that the length of the hauling element 9 between the winch device 7 and the lift body 8 can be reduced by the hauling element 9 and that the reversing device 6 reverses the hauling element 9 above the site of installation 3 of the at least one solar collector 2 at the pylon 4. Further, the invention relates to a method for fixing a fixing device and a method for demounting a fixing device.
Hoisting System
A hoisting system includes an antenna that includes a main mast. A support is provided and the support may be coupled to a crane thereby facilitating the support to be elevated onto the antenna. The support engages the main mast such that the support is removably coupled to the antenna. A pulley is coupled to the support and a line is extended through the pulley. The line may have an object coupled thereto. The line is selectively urged through the pulley such that the line urges the object upwardly on the main mast.
TOWER HOIST, PLATFORM AND DAVIT SYSTEM
Hoists, platforms and davits are described as well as methods of securing same to telecommunication and other towers. The hoists, platforms and davits may be secured to the towers on a temporary basis using clamps. The clamps may include brackets and cables. The cables may be attached to the brackets, may wrap around the outer surface/perimeter of the tower pole/leg and may use tension to keep the bracket in place.
