Portable lifting arm
A portable lifting arm includes a base, a plurality of casters fixed to a bottom side of the base, an arm mounting structure extending upward from a top side of the base, and an arm. The arm includes a first arm segment having a first end and a second end, the first end of the first arm segment being attached to the arm mounting structure, a second arm segment having a first end and second end, the first end of the second arm segment rotationally connected to the second end of the first arm segment, and a power tool rotationally connected to the second end of the second arm segment. A controller in electrical communication the power tool selects between predetermined settings on the power tool based on a position of the first arm segment and the second arm segment relative to the arm mounting structure.
Drywall Lifting Apparatus
The invention is an apparatus that can handle a bulky and/or heavy object such as construction materials including lifting, transporting, and setting down the object. The apparatus includes a weighed base platform with a mast erected at the front. A cable-based hoisting mechanism is built over the platform such that the cable travels over the top of the mast to the front for securing and hoisting the object. The apparatus includes further stability features.

Service lift for utility vehicles
A configurable service lift for servicing a utility vehicle in a cantilevered elevated condition. A carriage is carried on a vertical mast for travel between its lower and upper ends. The carriage independently supports the inboard and the outboard ends of the utility vehicle using at least one inboard platform and at least one outboard attachment carried on a boom. The inboard platform attached to the carriage and supports the inboard end of the utility vehicle. The boom extends longitudinally rearwardly to a distal lifting end upon with the outboard attachment is secured. The distal lifting end is moveable relative to the carriage in three directionsvertically, longitudinally and laterally. Retractable outrigger legs can be added for stability. The service lift can be a stationary fixture or configured with a towing package for mobile use. Optional tool holding accessories and an integrated waste oil receptacle are possible.

Device for removing, storing and installing convertible SUV hardtops
A device designed for the removal, storage, and installation of removable hardtops from convertible sport utility vehicles, comprising a wheeled base unit, a vertical support structure and a platform assembly, wherein the base unit is aligned directly below the platform unit and the vertical support structure connects them together, wherein the device can be disassembled for simple shipping, is adjustable for height and depth to accommodate different SUV models, and includes markers for easy assembly.
Rotational coupling device
A rotational coupling device may include a housing which may be coupled to a stationary coupler. The stationary coupler may be used to engage or couple the device to a machinery stand. A motivator shaft may be positioned on one side of the housing and a rotational drive shaft may be positioned on the other side of the housing. The motivator shaft and the rotational drive shaft may be operably connected together with a gear arrangement with rotation of the motivator shaft resulting in rotation of the rotational drive shaft that is of a reduced rate compared to the motivator shaft. The rotational drive shaft may be coupled or connected to the rotational assembly via a rotational coupler thereby allowing rotational motion provided by the motivator shaft to be transferred through the rotational drive shaft to the rotational assembly of the machinery stand to which the device is engaged.
Portable hoisting system
Method and apparatus for a portable hoisting system having an upright gin pole which is attached to the upright standing very tall pole or tower using a plurality of straps. Extending away from the gin pole is an angularly adjustable arm which is user selectable to be either; e.g., at a 90-degree angle or a 45-degree angle, which arm is supported by a brace connected between the extension arm and the upright gin pole. The gin pole is hollow on its inside which allows a load line to travel through the interior of the gin pole from its lower end to its upper outlet end and includes a plurality of pulleys which allow the load line to travel through the inside of the hoisting system. Also included is a heel block or the like wherein one end of the load line is connected to a capstand hoist disposed on the front or rear end of a vehicle and a ball with hook for supporting a load. Also included optionally is a tag line connected to the load line and being held by a ground member for helping to control the movement of the load.

HYDRAULIC CRANE
A hydraulic crane comprising: a rotatable column (7); a crane boom system comprising a first crane boom (11) connected to the column; and an electronic control device for controlling the movement of the column and the crane boom system on of the basis of control signals from a manoeuvring unit and a calculation model for boom tip control. The control device is configured to switch from a first control mode into a second control mode when the first crane boom is about to interfere with an obstacle. In the first control mode, the control device controls the crane boom movements in accordance with an ordinary control strategy. In the second control mode, the control device makes the load suspension point (P) of the crane boom system move along the trajectory defined by said control signals while controlling the crane boom movements in accordance with an auxiliary control strategy in which the first crane boom is prevented from interfering with the obstacle.
