A telescopic jib bracing unit for a mobile crane includes a holding frame which is embodied for fastening to the telescopic jib of the mobile crane and exhibits an open cross-section, the cross-sectional opening of which enables the jib to be retracted into the holding frame, and two bracing supports which are connected by the holding frame to form a structural unit. Two frame parts which form the open cross-section of the holding frame are coupled to each other via a coupling point such that they can be moved with respect to each other. A bracing unit transport system, a mobile crane and a fitting method are also provided.

The first, the second, and the third cable together define an inverted pyramid which diverges upwards from the object suspension device when handling the object.

A cross-sectional section of the corner bars is designed as a hollow section that has a larger extent in the direction of the longer side of the lattice piece than in the direction of the shorter side of the lattice piece. At least one side of the corner bar section has a stabilization structure in the form of a joint, a kink, a bend, or a rounded portion. The present disclosure further relates to a lattice boom comprising at least one lattice piece in accordance with the present disclosure and to a work machine having such a lattice boom.

A locking device for a telescopic boom, in particular of a mobile crane, has an actuator for generating an actuating force, a driver that is reversibly coupled, during a telescoping movement of the telescopic boom, to a locking bolt, which is secured at a boom extension segment of the telescopic boom, and to be moved under the action of the actuating force for adjusting the locking bolt between at least one locking position and a release position. A driver bolt can be moved reversibly by the actuating force between a carry-along position gripping an inner boom extension segment and an empty running position not gripping a boom extension segment. A slotted actuating link is configured for a joint movement of the locking bolt and the driver bolt. A movement plane of the slotted actuating link is oriented perpendicularly to the telescoping direction of the telescopic boom.
