Reloadable microcapsules
A reloadable microcapsule contains a microcapsule core and a microcapsule wall encapsulating the microcapsule core. The microcapsule core contains a hydrophobic core solvent and a hydrophilic core solvent, and the microcapsule wall, formed of an encapsulating polymer, is permeable to the hydrophilic core solvent. Also disclosed are methods of preparing the reloadable microcapsule and consumer products having the microcapsules.
Microencapsulation of chemicals and bioactives by in situ complex coacervation during spray drying
An industrially scalable microcapsule, fiber or film forming process and formulations suitable for use in conventional spray drying systems are provided. The one-step spray drying process utilizes formulations of a first ionic polymer, a second ionic polymer with an isoelectric point (pI.sub.2) or acid dissociation constant (pKa.sub.2) that is greater than the isoelectric point (pI.sub.1) or acid dissociation constant (pKa.sub.1) of the first ionic polymer and a volatile base or volatile acid. Volatilization of the volatile base or acid of the spray formulation changes the pH of the solution and changes the charge of the second ionic polymer initiating electrostatic interactions with the first ionic polymer through complex coacervation. Microcapsules formed by the complex coacervation process can stabilize bioactive components as well as control the release of the bioactive components for a variety of applications.

STABILIZED CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
Stabilized liquid agrochemical compositions are provided that comprise flowable, aqueous dispersion concentrates comprising a) a continuous aqueous liquid phase; b) at least one dispersed, solid phase comprising a dispersion of polymer particles having a mean particle size of at least one micron, wherein the outside surfaces of the particles comprise a colloidal solid material and wherein the particles have at least one agrochemically active ingredient distributed therein, optionally a non-porous particulate mineral that acts as a diffusion barrier to slow the release of the active ingredient, and optionally at least one non-cross-linkable mobile chemical such that the extraction of this chemical from the disperse phase renders it porous in a manner that allows the active ingredient to diffuse out. The colloidal solid is used to stabilize the polymerizable resin in an emulsion state during preparation. In one embodiment, the agrochemically active ingredient is a solid and is distributed within the dispersed solid phase or is a liquid and is distributed within the dispersed solid phase. The compositions of the invention can be used directly or with dilution to combat pests or as plant growth regulators.

Seed coating agent for preventing and treating wheat rot disease
A seed coating agent for preventing and treating a wheat rot disease is provided. The seed coating agent includes a fungicide and a seed priming and elicitor. The fungicide includes silthiopham and coumoxystrobin. The seed priming and elicitor includes salicylic acid and compound sodium nitrophenolate. The weight percentage of each components is 1%-60% of the fungicide, 0.0005%-0.05% of salicylic acid, and 0.001%-0.1% of compound sodium nitrophenolate. The seed coating agent has a good effect of promoting seed germination and strengthening seedlings on wheat seeds. Both silthiopham and coumoxystrobin are of low toxicity, and are safe for humans, animals, beneficial organisms, and the environment. It can delay the pathogens resistance to a single agent
