ANTI-FALL MECHANISM FOR LIFTING EQUIPMENT

A lifting equipment is provided. The lifting equipment may include a working assembly, a safety assembly, and a shaft assembly. The working assembly may include a working fastener. The working fastener may be spirally connected to the shaft assembly. When the shaft assembly rotates the working fastener may move along the shaft assembly. The safety assembly may comprise a limiting component. The limiting component may be connected to the working fastener. A portion of the safety assembly may be in located a space between the limiting component and the working assembly.

EMERGENCY BRAKING DEVICE FOR A CABLE WINCH HAVING A CABLE DRUM WHICH IS ROTATABLE ABOUT AN AXIS OF ROTATION, CABLE WINCH, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN EMERGENCY BRAKING DEVICE

An emergency braking device for a winch rotatable spool, the emergency braking device comprising a braking unit to decelerate the spool when a translational force acts on the braking unit. An engaging unit is rotatable about the rotation axis and linearly movable along the rotation axis, and configured to engage with an engaging contour of the spool in an active state of the emergency braking device. A closing unit has a thread and a connecting structure, with the closing unit and the engaging unit being connected via the connecting structure to be rotationally fixed and linearly movable along the rotation axis, and wherein the thread engages with a mating thread to effect a linear movement of the closing unit in the direction of the braking unit by the rotation transmitted from the engaging unit to the closing unit, in order to exert the translational force on the braking unit.

Winch brake device

A winch brake device that is used for a work machine and generates a braking force on the basis of a brake manipulation, includes a pressing member that brings braking members into pressure contact with each other to generate the braking force, a first brake cylinder that applies a first pressing force for bringing the braking members into pressure contact with each other to the pressing member, and a second brake cylinder that applies a second pressing force different from the first pressing force to the pressing member. The first brake cylinder and the second brake cylinder are capable of applying the first pressing force or the second pressing force independently of each other.
