Forklift truck
A lifting vehicle comprises a mobile chassis with a tiltable mast (3) and a lifting device (4,5). Alerting means (15,16) are provided for the purpose of monitoring a load on the lifting device as a result of a cargo being carried thereby. The alerting means comprise a first electronic sensor 11), which records a cargo weight, and a second electronic sensor (12) which records a cargo moment. The alerting means (15,16) are provided with automatic calibration means which, when an output signal below a predetermined threshold value is generated by the one sensor (11), sets to zero an output signal differing therefrom from the other sensor (12).
APPARATUS THAT FACILITATES MOVING A TRAILER
An apparatus fitted onto the forks of a forklift assembly for moving trailers, wherein the apparatus includes a right and a left rectangular tubular sections that are large enough to accommodate a fork. The sections are joined with a spanning beam having a center mounted trailer ball. The spanning beam is welded to the right and the left sections. A clamping element is mounted on a top wall of each section proximate to the rear of each section. Leveling elements are frontally affixed partially occluding an upper front opening of each section, such that tips of a fork are wedged under the leveling element and projecting beyond the front opening. Tightening the clamping elements secures attachment to the forks preventing the apparatus from sliding or rocking.
MULTI-FUNCTION CAMERA SYSTEM
A multi-function camera system, applied to a forklift truck, includes a camera device and a display device installed on the forklift truck, and an image processing unit coupled between the camera device and the display device, capable of shooting and displaying a corresponding real image in order to assist operations of the forklift truck. In addition, the camera device is equipped with a fill light module capable of providing multiple light colors, and the image processing unit includes an identification module capable of identifying the optical identification code. Accordingly, the camera system with multiple functions of monitoring, fill light, identification and positioning etc. is achieved.
Forklift mast warning alarm
A forklift mast warning alarm including a horn bar configured to be movably attached to a contact bar. A plurality of pressure sensors vertically affixed along a lower surface of the horn bar, wherein the sensors keep the horn bar from contacting the contact bar until pressure is applied. At least one electrical contract movably disposed in the horn bar. A spring disposed around the electrical contacts for allowing the electrical contacts to move bias the horn bar away from the contact bar until pressure is added. A noise making device attached to the horn bar. Horn circuitry configured to activate the noise making device when the at least one electrical contact disposed on the underside of the horn bar comes in contact with the at least one electrical contact disposed along contact bar.
Removable plug-in modules for material handling vehicles
A vehicle body and controller plug-in module for a material handling vehicle. The vehicle body having an upstanding body portion having an upwardly open compartment having a bottom including an upward extending wall surrounding electrical contacts associated with controller functions of the vehicle. The controller plug-in module includes a housing configured to be received by the upwardly open compartment of the vehicle body. The housing has a lower portion that includes an upward extending wall defining a recess surrounding electrical contacts. The controller plug-in module is configured to be removably electrically connected to the vehicle when the upward extending wall surrounding the electrical contacts of the upwardly open compartment of the upstanding body is plugged into and received by the recess in the lower portion of the housing of the controller plug-in module having the upward extending wall surrounding the electrical contacts of the controller plug-in module.

Industrial vehicle and headlight
An industrial vehicle includes a vehicle body, a pair of right and left front pillars provided in the front portion of the vehicle body, and a headlight provided on the front pillar. The present invention also relates to a method for providing a control panel with a protective barrier (13), which comprises the steps of obtaining a three-dimensional profile of an outer surface of a control panel, creating a mould from the three-dimensional profile, providing an elastomer and shaping the elastomer in the mould, curing the elastomer to form the protective barrier and fitting the protective barrier to the control panel. The present invention also relates to a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) comprising a control panel (6) and a rigid shell (26) for protecting the control panel.
PORTABLE HYDRAULIC CONNECTION AND CONTROL ASSEMBLY
A portable frame is configured to be transported by the forks of a fork lift truck and has hydraulic lines releasably connectable to the auxiliary hydraulic fluid pressure system of the fork lift truck. A valve and a set of hydraulic lines are mounted on the portable frame for releasable connection to the hydraulic fluid lines of a tillage machine so that an inexpensive fork lift truck may be utilized to test operation of hydraulically actuated tillage components.
