Apparatus that facilitates moving a trailer
11241922 · 2022-02-08 ·

An apparatus fitted onto the forks of a forklift assembly for moving trailers, wherein the apparatus includes a right and a left rectangular tubular sections that are large enough to accommodate a fork. The sections are joined with a spanning beam having a center mounted trailer ball. The spanning beam is welded to the right and the left sections. A clamping element is mounted on a top wall of each section proximate to the rear of each section. Leveling elements are frontally affixed partially occluding an upper front opening of each section, such that tips of a fork are wedged under the leveling element and projecting beyond the front opening. Tightening the clamping elements secures attachment to the forks preventing the apparatus from sliding or rocking.

APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR DIMENSIONING AN OBJECT CARRIED BY A VEHICLE MOVING IN A FIELD OF MEASUREMENT
20170227629 · 2017-08-10 ·

The dimensions of an object are measured as it is transported by a forklift within an area of measurement. A first scanner is on a first side of the area of measurement; a second scanner is on an opposite second side and across the first scanner. The first and second scanners provide a dual-head scanner arrangement to capture dimensions of the object. A third scanner is on the first side of the area of measurement, parallel to the first scanner. The first and third scanners are configured to capture speed and direction of the object. Each scanner has a processor to operate it. The first and second scanners are synchronized, and operation of the first and third scanners is correlated. Placement of the first and second scanners establishes a width of the area of measurement and the first and third scanners establish a length thereof.

MOUNTING BAR ASSEMBLY FOR A MATERIALS HANDLING VEHICLE

A mounting bar assembly mounted to a materials handling vehicle includes a mounting bar extending from a body portion of the materials handling vehicle, a housing mounted to the mounting bar and supporting at least one electronic device, and cabling that extends to the housing through a hollow interior portion defined within the mounting bar. The mounting bar assembly further includes cabling for providing communication between the at least one electronic device and control structure of the vehicle. The housing is mounted to the mounting bar such that the housing can be situated in a plurality of positions along at least a portion of the length of the mounting bar while the cabling is maintained within the hollow interior portion.

Movable platform for replacing battery and quick replacing system

Disclosed are a movable battery replacing platform (103) and a quick replacing system (100), wherein the movable battery replacing platform (103) comprises: a travel-driving portion (106) used for driving the movable battery replacing platform (103) to move on the ground; a lifting portion (107) mounted on the travel-driving portion (106), for lifting a battery during the replacement of the battery; and a battery mounting portion (108) mounted on the top of the lifting portion (107), for placing a battery to be replaced or a replaced battery, wherein the battery mounting porting (108) is provided with a battery replacing device. The device can use an unlocking device (50) to unlock a battery locked on the bottom of an electric vehicle, automatically aligning an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism and realizing automatic unlocking in the movement. The whole process is fully automated without manual intervention and can improve battery replacement efficiency. In addition, the angle of an upper board (10) relative to the battery unlocking position can be adjusted by a movement actuating device, so that the unlocking point of the battery can automatically fit where the movable battery replacing platform (103) remains still, so as to further improve unlocking efficiency.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOVING TRAILERS
20210403300 · 2021-12-30 · ·

A method and apparatus for moving trailers using a trailer moving apparatus coupled to a forklift is shown and described herein. The method and apparatus for moving trailers uses a trailer moving apparatus engagably coupled to a forklift when lifted off a surface with a plurality of hitches at different heights. The method for moving trailers using a trailer moving apparatus operatively coupled to a forklift tine via a guided channel on a channel member and not requiring an operator to leave the cabin of the forklift during operation.

Insulation resistance detection device and forklift truck
11733310 · 2023-08-22 · ·

The disclosure relates to an insulation resistance detection device and a forklift truck. The insulation resistance detection device includes a detection module, a voltage conditioning module, and a control module. The device uses a first voltage dividing unit and a second voltage dividing unit to replace the inverting amplifier circuit, to obtain a positive voltage corresponding to the voltage of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground, thereby reducing costs of the insulation resistance detection device. The control module calculates the first insulation resistance of the positive electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground and the second insulation resistance of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground according to the first voltage and the third voltage.
