CARRYING APPARATUS
A swivel base is provided on a trolley so as to be able to swivel around a vertical axis, and a fork can be slid in a horizontal direction between an advanced position and a retracted position by a sliding mechanism capable of moving up and down along a pillar erected on the swivel base. Thus, it is possible to realize a configuration in which an empty-box skid is loaded in one direction and unloaded in another direction by means of the swiveling swivel base, without employing a configuration in which a plurality of members is supported so as to be able to swivel around different vertical axes. A movable range of the sliding mechanism (a movable range of the fork) in a vertical direction is therefore not significantly limited, and a transfer position of the empty-box skid in the vertical direction can be set to a lower position.

Base frame for a reach truck
A base frame for a reach truck includes a wheel arm subassembly with two wheel arms each having a front end and an opposing rear end. A load wheel receiver is positioned on each rear end and a counterweight is positioned at the front end of the wheel arms and coupled to the wheel arm subassembly by a plurality of screw connections. The plurality of screw connections comprise a first portion of screw connections and a second portion of screw connections. The first portion of screw connections each extend in a first direction and the second portion of the screw connections each extend in a second direction which is different from the first direction.

Embodiments are directed to low-profile, low-weight cargo loader, including a pair of cargo loaders including a first cargo loader arranged in tandem with a second cargo loader in a first orientation. According to an embodiment, each of the first cargo loader and the second cargo loader includes a chassis, a scissor lift, a platform, a front driving system, and a rear driving system. According to an embodiment, the second cargo loader is configured to be stacked on the first cargo loader in a second orientation.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A UNIVERSAL MOUNT AND UNIVERSAL FRAME ON A MATERIAL HANDLING VEHICLE
Some aspects of the present disclosure provide a material handling vehicle configured for selectively coupling with any of a plurality of material handling attachments. In some configurations, the material handling vehicle includes a vehicle frame and a universal mounting assembly. The universal mounting assembly includes a universal mount coupled to the vehicle frame and having at least one linear actuator and at least one hinge, and a universal frame having at least one cradle rod pivotally coupled to the hinge and at least one bracket coupled to the linear actuator. Selective actuation of the at least one linear actuator pivots the universal frame relative to the vehicle frame.
Carrier
A carrier vehicle includes a front frame and a rear frame conveniently attachable to and detachable from the front frame. The front frame includes a frame body, at least one battery structure installed along an inner front side wall of the frame body and a connecting rod wheel component at a transverse bottom of the frame body. The rear frame comprises an operating handle, a handle joint base, a hydraulic component having an oil cylinder, a bearing component and a driving assembly. A bottom end of the operating handle is rotatably connected to the handle joint base, which includes a joint fixing base and a microswitch. The bearing component includes a bearing bridge having bridge lugs detachably connected to ends thereof, and a middle part sleeved on the oil cylinder. The front frame and rear frame are transportable in a separated compact configuration, with later simple and fast assembly.
All Terrain Versatile Telescopic Fork Lift
Vehicles, systems and methods for providing articulating two section vehicles with tracks, and a front body attached superstructure with telescopic forklift, for use on all terrain condition applications. The vehicle can include front and rear track assemblies that can tilt up and down while traveling over different ground surfaces. Each of the track assemblies can have rotatable articulating/oscillating track wheels which can traverse different contoured surfaces. The right and left tracks on both the front and rear track assemblies can separately extend outward and inward from underneath the vehicles to add stability to the vehicles. The cab can be raised and lowered to add greater visibility for the operator. Hydraulics can be used for raising and lowering the extendable boom and operator cab, as well as controlling the body articulating hinge, the articulating tracks and the tilting controls for the front track assembly.
BATTERY ELECTRIC COUNTERBALANCED FORKLIFT
A battery electric counterbalanced forklift reliably prevents rainwater from entering an electrical part compartment in a counterweight and also allows a battery cover attachment task to be performed more readily than conventionally. The forklift includes a body frame forming a battery compartment within a vehicle body, an openable battery cover closing the battery compartment, a counterweight disposed adjacently behind the body frame, a hinge rotatably joining the body frame and the battery cover, and an inner cover disposed so as to extend widthwise beyond a boundary between the body frame and the counterweight. The inner cover and the hinge are fastened together to the body frame at a portion forming the boundary.
