A forklift truck includes a carriage that moves up and down by a mast assembly in a multi-stage structure including an outer mast, a first inner mast accommodated in the outer mast, and a second inner mast accommodated in the first inner mast. The forklift truck includes a first lift cylinder configured to move the first inner mast up and down; a second lift cylinder configured to move the second inner mast up and down and having a pressure reception area less than a pressure reception area of the first lift cylinder. A first lift hydraulic line supplies hydraulic oil to the first lift cylinder. A second lift hydraulic line supplies hydraulic oil to the second lift cylinder. A pressure regulating valve is provided to increase a pressure of the hydraulic oil to a pressure capable of driving the second lift cylinder.

NARROW AISLE TRUCK WITH MEASURES FOR PREVENTING MAST VIBRATIONS AND FOR COMPENSATING FOR MAST DEFORMATIONS

An infrared light-transmitting system for determining the position (e.g., angle and extension) of a boom is provided. The system includes a vehicle with wheels or a track that move the cab. A chassis or frame supports the cab and boom. In various embodiments, the boom extends and rotates; for example, the boom can rotate in 1 or 2 dimensions. The boom interconnects the chassis at the first end to the attachment at the second end. At least one pivot couples the boom to the chassis to rotate the boom about the pivot relative to the chassis. A transmitter emits infrared light signals that are reflected off a reflector to a detector to determine the real-time position of the attachment and/or boom.

INDUSTRIAL TRUCK

An industrial truck includes a loading platform onto which and from which a load is pushable in a direction, and masts which are arranged opposed to each other. The masts lift, lower, and guide the loading platform, which is arranged between the masts, in a lifting and lowering direction. Each of the masts has guide profiles, each of which has an inner cross-section with a side surface which extends in the lifting and lowering direction and which is perpendicular to the direction. The loading platform has at least one guide element for each of the guide profiles. The at least one guide element slides and/or rolls on the side surface of the respective guide profile.
