ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC FLOOR JACK
An electric hydraulic floor jack includes a variable plunger structure provided on a motor base and an oil pump base. The variable plunger structure includes a piston hole formed in the oil pump base and communicating with an oil chamber and an oil inlet passage, a plunger sleeve provided at a port of the piston hole, a plunger slidably provided in the plunger sleeve, a U-shaped piston slidably provided in the piston hole, a valve trim slidably provided on the piston, a spring provided in the piston hole and sleeved on the valve trim, and an eccentric wheel provided on an output shaft of a speed reducer. The plunger is driven by the eccentric wheel in cooperation with the spring to continuously make a linear reciprocating motion, thereby continuously opening and closing the check valve, and pumping oil into the cylinder to push the piston rod for lifting work.
Small automatic tire changing machine
The invention discloses a small automatic tire changing machine, which comprises an upper casing, wherein an installation cavity is provided in the upper casing, and a detachable sleeve disc oil tank is arranged in the installation cavity. There are bumps on the wall. The invention has simple structure, convenient maintenance, and convenient use. The device can be used in emergency situations, and it can automatically disassemble and assemble the tires of the vehicle, which greatly simplifies the tire change process and improves the vehicle. In addition to the disadvantages of laborious disassembly and removal of hub screws compared with traditional tire replacement tools, the device does not require laborious disassembly of the hub screws, so that female users can easily change tires by themselves. The device is small in size, stable and safe in work. Can be put in the car to go with the car for emergency needs.
Hydraulic jack
A hydraulic jack for providing safety security is disclosed. The hydraulic jack comprises a hydraulic cylinder storing hydraulic fluid inside, and a piston installed in the hydraulic cylinder that is raised up from the hydraulic cylinder by a pressure of the hydraulic fluid stored in the hydraulic cylinder, thereby a heavyweight can be lifted by the piston. The piston has a drill hole on a body thereof that has a determined diameter and is perpendicular to the piston. When the piston is raised up, a safety pin is penetrable through the drill hole to secure the piston in place.
Countertop Installation Cart
An installation cart is provided. The cart includes a hydraulic pump that when activated permits a load placed in a lifting cradle of the cart to be vertically raised and/or lowered on the cart. The cart is does not require electrical or gas power for operation and can raise and lower loads placed in the cart for transport weighing in excess of 800 pounds. In an embodiment, the cart includes a clamping mechanism that adjustably allows a load placed in the cradle to be stabilized during transport of the load.
LIFTING DEVICE
A mobile lifting device, which preferably has a mobile frame with a plurality of castors. The lifting device has a closed fluid circuit, in particular a hydraulic circuit. It has a cylinder with an elevating work chamber. The elevating work chamber is fluidically connected to a fluid reservoir via a first fluid conduit and a second fluid conduit. In the first fluid conduit, a main pump is arranged which can be driven by means of a rotatably drivable hand tool to supply fluid from the fluid reservoir into the elevating work chamber, thereby extending a piston rod of the fluid cylinder, for example, to lift a load. In the second fluid conduit, a flow control arrangement is arranged which can be switched between a blocking state and a release state by means of a lowering operating element. When the piston rod is extended, the flow control arrangement is in the blocking state. To retract the piston rod, it is switched to the release state, allowing fluid to flow out of the elevating work chamber through the second fluid conduit.
VEHICLE JACK DEVICE
Disclosed is a vehicle jack device. The vehicle jack device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a base portion in which an inserting hole into which a hinge shaft is inserted is formed and which is supported on a bottom side; a pair of lower arms of which a first portion is installed in the hinge shaft of the base portion in a rotatable way and in which a reinforcing rib is formed in a lengthwise direction; a pair of upper arms respectively installed in a second portion of the lower arm, and on which a reinforcing rib is formed in a lengthwise direction; a bracket member for fixing a first portion of the upper arm in a rotatable way; and a driver installed between the lower arm and the upper arm and providing a tucking driving force to the lower arm and the upper arm. Herein, multiple reinforcing ribs are formed with different heights in a lengthwise direction of the lower arm and wherein the upper arm, the base portion, the lower arm, the upper arm, and the bracket member are made of a plastic material.
Drywall lifting apparatus
A drywall lifting apparatus is described which includes a base having one or more support features for supporting the drywall lifting apparatus on a floor. The drywall lifting apparatus further includes a hydraulic cylinder mounted, at a first portion of the hydraulic cylinder, to the base. The hydraulic cylinder has a second portion movable relative to the first portion through actuation of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder also includes a drywall support coupled to the second portion of the hydraulic cylinder and a human lift coupled to the drywall support or the second portion of the hydraulic cylinder.
LIFTING JACK
The base section for a lifting jack includes upper and lower plates with complementary curved facing and engaging surfaces which allows the barrel of the lifting jack to pivot relative to the ground in use. In a typical lifting jack, the barrel is perpendicular to the ground in use. In the present invention, the base section allows the lifting assembly to pivot relative to the ground up to an angle of 15 from vertical in any direction from vertical.
HYDRAULIC PUMPING CYLINDER AND METHOD OF PUMPING HYDRAULIC FLUID
A method of extending a jack including the steps of: first stage pumping by passing pressurized fluid at a first pressure and a first volume to a jack cylinder primarily by movement of a piston; and second stage pumping by passing pressurized fluid at a second pressure and a second volume to the jack cylinder primarily by movement of a rod connected to the piston.
