MIXTURE FOR ANTIFUNGAL, ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIVIRAL TREATMENT

Mixture for the antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral treatment of plants and of ingredients or foods intended for human and/or zootechnical consumption includes: at least one chitosan or at least on salified chitosan from 35% to 85 % by weight, at least one cationic surfactant from 0.05% to 40% by weight, at least one compound containing copper from 0.1% to 10% in the case of mixtures intended for treatment for human or animal nutrition and from 10% to 40% in the case of mixtures intended for the control of fungal diseases in plants at least one inorganic acid from 2% to 20% by weight, and/or at least one organic acid from 10% to 20%, with an overall pH between 2.0 and 8.4.

A functional water containing a polyfunctional amine and/or a salt thereof as a functional component, wherein the total content of water, the polyfunctional amine, and the salt of the polyfunctional amine is 95% by weight or more. The polyfunctional amine is at least a specific polyamine, a polymer having a structural unit derived from a specific cyclic amine, or a polymer having a structural unit derived from a specific unsaturated amine. The total content of the polyfunctional amine and/or salt thereof is preferably 0.0001 to 10000 ppm by weight. The functional water has functions including freshness-keeping for foods, aging of foods, antisepsis, deodorization, adjustment of plant growth, life extension for cut flowers, flowering control for cut flowers, pest control, pest repellence, improvement of bowel movement, reduction of fecal odor, reduction of blood pressure, increase of body temperature, improvement of the intraoral environment, prevention of halitosis, and prevention of body odor.

Particles with biocidal coating

Process for the preparation of particles with antibacterial coating, which comprises the following steps: (a) providing an aqueous suspension containing a polyamine, a crosslinker and a porous organic or inorganic carrier material in particle form at a temperature lower than or equal to 10 C. in a mixer for coating the inorganic carrier material with the polyamine; (b) crosslinking the organic polymer in the pores of the inorganic carrier material and simultaneously removing water.

Particles with biocidal coating

Process for the preparation of particles with antibacterial coating, which comprises the following steps: (a) providing an aqueous suspension containing a polyamine, a crosslinker and a porous organic or inorganic carrier material in particle form at a temperature lower than or equal to 10 C. in a mixer for coating the inorganic carrier material with the polyamine; (b) crosslinking the organic polymer in the pores of the inorganic carrier material and simultaneously removing water.

Fungicidal compositions comprising a carboxamide
