A content-filling system (10) includes a water sterilization line (50) that sterilizes water without heating, an undiluted-solution sterilization line (70) that heats and sterilizes a product undiluted solution, and a filling device (20) that is connected to the water sterilization line (50) and the undiluted-solution sterilization line (70) and that fills the water and the product undiluted solution in bottles (100).

Methods for simultaneously producing products in a single production system are disclosed. The method may be used to produce different fluent products and other types of products including assembled products. In some cases, the method includes providing a plurality of articles which are components of the products to be produced. The method further involves providing a system that includes a workspace, a plurality of unit operation stations, and a plurality of vehicles for the articles. At least some of the vehicles may be independently routable around at least a portion of workspace which is trackless. The method further includes simultaneously sending one article-loaded vehicle to a unit operation station where a step in the production of a product is performed and another article-loaded vehicle to a unit operation station where a step in the production of a different product is performed.

Method and apparatus for the free-jet filling of a container with a filling product, for example a beverage. The apparatus includes several product components. The method includes holding the container by means of a container holder; and introducing the product components into the container so that the product components span a free-jet region in one jet in each instance. The product components span the free-jet region in separate jets, so that the product components mix only in the container. The container has a container wall and a container bottom, and is held obliquely by the container holder during filling, so that the product components impinge on the container wall after spanning the free-jet region.

A filling machine includes a rotor and a rotor mounting. The rotor mounting is formed by a rotary feed that also mounts the rotor to the machine frame.
