AUTOMATIC DEVICE FOR POURING PRESSURIZED FOAMED AND CARBONATED BEVERAGES INTO CONTAINERS
20190106310 · 2019-04-11 ·

The invention relates to devices for automatically pouring foamed and carbonated beverages from isobaric containers into plastic bottles. The technical result is an automatic device with a simplified design, which is easier to maintain as a result of the valves of a flow switcher being provided with a single common stepped electromechanical cam drive. The present automatic device comprises a filling channel, channels, valves with pipes for supplying a gas and a beverage, a channel for removing gas from a container, said channel being connected via an adjustable throttle valve to a drainage channel, an assembly for clamping the neck of a plastic container to the outlet opening of the filling channel and to the inlet opening of the gas removal channel, and a control unit, which is connected to a drive of the clamping assembly and to a drive of valves in order to open and close same according to a set programme. The drive of valves comprises a disc which is mounted such as to be capable of discrete angular displacement and has a profiled cammed surface in the form of an annular track which contacts with rods corresponding to the valves and provides, in one complete revolution of the disc, for the opening and closing of said valves according, to a set programme in order to pour a beverage into a container.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FILLING A CONTAINER TO BE FILLED WITH A FILLING PRODUCT

A method for filling a container to be filled with a filling product includes accommodating a container to be filled in a treatment chamber, sealing a filling device to the container, rinsing the container with a rinsing gas introduced into the container through a rinsing gas channel, filling the container with the filling product, pre-pressurizing the treatment chamber with a pressurization gas through a pressurization gas channel, removing the filling device from the container, closing the container with a container closure, relieving the pre-pressurization pressure in the treatment chamber, and removing the container from the treatment chamber. The pre-pressurization pressure that is present in the treatment chamber is at least in part relieved into the rinsing gas channel.

An apparatus for processing a container that contains liquid filling-material includes a source of inert gas at a treatment pressure that is higher than a fill pressure that is used to fill said container, and filling elements. A typical filling element includes a housing, and a first controlled gas path that selectively connects the source to the container.

Using a filling point to fill a container with liquid filling-material fed by a supply line through which filling material at a supply-line pressure is made available for filling the containers includes using a control circuit to regulate flow velocity at which filling material flows into the container by opening a liquid valve, opening a regulating valve upstream of the liquid valve, sensing flow velocity of the filling material, comparing the flow velocity with a target flow velocity, and using the regulating valve to regulate the flow velocity such that the flow velocity is independent of a pressure difference between the supply-line pressure and a filling pressure set in the container.
