PROCESS STATION FOR A PARISON OR A CONTAINER MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL, APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING PARISONS OR CONTAINERS, PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING LINE FOR PRODUCING AND PACKAGING THE CONTAINERS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AND PACKAGING CONTAINERS
A process station (1) for a parison or a container (2) made of thermoplastic material, comprising: a concave shell (3) configured to be applied onto the mouth (2b) of the individual parison or container (2) in such a manner as to enwrap at least partially the neck (2a) of the parison or container (2) so as to delimit a volume for treatment (4) of the neck (2a) subjected to plasma balls immersed in a carrier gas stream.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING CONTAINERS
A method for filling a container (2) with a filling product, comprising the steps of: positioning the container (2) in a filling station (1) so that its mouth (2b) is below the filling valve (9); separating a treatment volume (40) of the neck (2a) comprised between the filling valve (9) and at least one part of the neck (2a) of the container (2) from an external environment (6) containing the body (2d) of the container (2); dispensing plasma into the treatment volume (40) so that it flows over the neck (2a) of the container (2); enabling the filling valve (9) to dispense the filling product into the container (2).
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING PRODUCT INTO CONTAINERS
An apparatus for filling product into containers includes a working chamber through which the containers pass and the containers are acted upon by a sterile fluid to avoid contamination. An external line extends through the working chamber having a plurality of gas openings for the introduction of sterile air into the working chamber and that an internal line extends into the external line having a plurality of openings for spraying a cleaning medium. An annular chamber extends in a longitudinal direction between the internal and the external line. The cross-sectional area of the annular chamber varies in the longitudinal direction so that an even distribution of sterile air emerging from the gas openings into the working chamber is achieved.
Closing machine
Closing machine for closing bottles or similar containers (2) using closures (3, 3a), having a plurality of closing stations (11) which each have a closing tool (12, 14) and a container carrier and are formed on the circumference of a rotor (4), which can be driven in circulation around a vertical machine axis (MA), wherein the rotor (4) has formed on it, in the region of the closing stations (11), a sterile chamber (5) which is bounded in the direction of the surroundings by walls or wall portions (6, 7, 8, 9) and into which the containers (2), which are retained in a hanging state on the container carriers, extend by way of their container mouth (2.1) which is to be closed, and wherein the respective closing tool (12, 14) extends into the sterile chamber (5) merely by way of a part which interacts with the container (2) which is to be closed and/or with the closure (3, 3a), all the rest of its functional elements being arranged outside the sterile chamber (5).
METHOD FOR STERILIZING INTERIOR OF ASEPTIC FILLER CHAMBER
In the COP treatment and the SOP treatment of the interior of a chamber of an aseptic filler, any cleaning liquid or aseptic water remaining in the chamber is quickly removed before spray of a sterilizer containing peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide.
A transfer device for transferring a container in the chamber of the aseptic filler is driven to remove the cleaning liquid sued for the COP treatment or the aseptic water used for the SOP treatment.
HYBRID METHOD FOR PROCESSING CONTAINERS
One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing plastic containers within an open aseptic converter chamber comprising a sanitized environment, a supply line, a sanitizer device, a perforator device, a sealing device, and a conveyer. During operation, the method includes: providing and filling a container with heated or heatable liquid including water; sealing the container with a seal or cap; cooling the container to create a first headspace pressure; enclosing the container within the chamber; creating an opening in the seal or cap within a sanitized environment of the perforator device; increasing the first headspace pressure to a second headspace pressure by introduction of a sanitized fluid; resealing the container within a sanitized environment of the sealing device; and, transporting or conveying the sealed container away from the chamber.
Device and method for aseptic pressure relief
A pressure-relief device includes a housing, a through-line, a feed-line connection, and a discharge-line connection. The housing comprises a housing wall that defines a chamber in an interior of the housing. The through-line, which extends, at least in sections, through the chamber and is configured for connection to the media line via the feed-line connection and the discharge-line connection, includes a through-wall that is formed, at least in part, from an elastically deformable material. A controller causes an inner pressure within the chamber to transition between a production pressure and a relief pressure that is less than the production pressure.
STORAGE SYSTEM FOR STORING OBJECTS OF PLASTIC MATERIAL PROCESSED IN A BOTTLING LINE
A storage system for storing objects of plastic material processed in a bottling line (45) comprises: a plurality of drawers (4) configured to contain groups of objects (5); a frame (2) which defines a plurality of compartments (3) configured to house the drawers (4); a conveyor (8) movable in the storage system (1) itself and configured to access the compartments (3) in such a way as to withdraw and place drawers (4) from and into the compartments (4); a loading bay (11) having one or more loading compartments for receiving corresponding drawers (4) and having a loading manipulator (28) configured to place in the drawers (4) the loose objects (5) received from an infeed conveyor (29); an unloading bay (12) having at least one unloading compartment for receiving a corresponding drawer (4) and having an unloading manipulator (41) configured to place onto an outfeed conveyor (43, 44) the loose objects (5) stored in the drawer (4).
TROUBLE RECOVERING METHOD OF ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE AND ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE
A trouble recovering method of an aseptic filling machine and an aseptic filling machine which can resume operation at an early stage if a trouble occurs in any of portions during an operation of the aseptic filling machine are provided.
A door of a chamber in which the trouble occurred is opened while a pressure in the chamber other than the chamber in which the trouble occurred is kept positive, the trouble is removed and then, the door is closed, an inside of the chamber in which the trouble occurred is cleaned as necessary, the inside of the chamber is sterilized and then, the operation of the aseptic filling machine is resumed.
Aseptic filling system
An aseptic filling system includes a heat sterilizer and a filler. The heat sterilizer has a heating unit, a holding tube, a first stage cooling unit and a second stage cooling unit. A circulation line composed of a heating-water line and a cooling-water line is connected to the heating unit and the first stage cooling unit. A connection line is connected to the cooling-water line, and aseptic cooling water in the cooling-water line is sent to the filler through the connection line.
